How do you access the water park? It’s easy!
- Upon arrival, reception will provide every member of your booking with an identification wristband. Simply show it to the water park staff and dive straight into the fun!
- Access is unlimited throughout your stay, so you can come and go as often as you like. The more splashes, the better!
About the water park
- The park is scheduled to open from May 30 to September 13, 2026. Please note that dates may change without prior notice due to weather conditions.
- Enjoy a spacious landscaped area featuring a children’s playground and several Water Slides reaching up to 9 metres high.
- The minimum height required to use the Water Slides is 1.10 metres.
- Opening hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, weather permitting, which is usually perfect during summer! If the park closes due to weather, no refund will be available.
- The final opening day is September 13. Stays after this date do not include access, as the park will be closed.

Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
If you are staying between September 3rd and October 1st:
- Children from 0 to 4 years old they can stay for FREE sharing bed with parents. They will not have their own bed.
- Children from 5 to 12 years old...
- If you choose Half Board, they benefit from a 75% discount.
- If you choose Full Board, children pay an amount of 7€ approximately per night. You will see it reflected during the booking process.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
If you are travelling until September 2:
- Children from 0 to 4 years old they can stay for FREE sharing bed with parents. They will not have their own bed.
- Children from 5 to 12 years old...
- If you choose Half Board, the first child will have a 75% discount and the second child will have a 50% discount.
- If you choose Full Board, the first child will have a 60% discount and the second child a 45% discount. The hotel applies a surcharge for Full Board and therefore this percentage may vary slightly.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
If your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies. Here is an example: if you travel from September 1 to 6, only the first child from 5 years old to 12 years old will travel with 75% discount with Half Board.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people.
- Travelling with children? The maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children or babies per room.
- It is not possible to accommodate 2 adults + 2 children + 1 infant in the same room. The accommodation does not allow exceptions.
- Are you all adults? The maximum capacity is 3 adults.
- Travelling with children? The maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children or babies per room.
- The surcharge for the single room is approximately 26€ per night and room, you will see it applied in the final price of your booking.

Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

El hotel es muy céntrico, todo queda súper cerca.. en realidad es lo único que encuentro bien, ya que en otros aspectos está muy deficiente, quizá su parque acuático hubiera mejorado la experiencia pero he llegado justo un día después que lo cerraron.
