Tourism tax

La comida estaba buena.
There was a cockroach in the room, at 1 in the morning I had to start killing it, outrageous. The second day, with cockroach, no air conditioning or hot water.

No hotel car park available. The Suite Room smelled really bad, especially at night, making it impossible to enter. They kept saying they would send maintenance to check it, but they never fixed it. The solution was an air freshener. They were aware of the issue with this room and another one in a new area.

La habitación suit olía muy mal, sobre todo por la noche, que no se podía entrar. Nos dieron largas de que enviaban al de mantenimiento para verlo y no lo arreglaron. Solución un ambientador. Sabían del problema con esta habitación y otro en una zona nueva.

Fui con 2 niños y la verdad que almenos la zona de la piscina estubo bien cuidando muchi a los niños porque era un peligro entrar en esa piscina pero el resto bien la pareja que animaba y enseño salsa son lo unico que se salva...
Booked a triple room with "sea views" and the only view we had was if the neighbor in front changed clothes or watched TV... I complained at reception, they asked me for the booking sheet and told me that they still couldn't do anything when they had unoccupied rooms with "views"... the food was really bad, very little variety, and to top it off, my son got sick with stomach issues, the entertainment was nonexistent, only the Venezuelan guy who entertained the pool at night was worth mentioning. It was disappointing to see that all the hotels had entertainment and music, and to arrive at ours and only have loud music was a letdown... when we arrived, the room smelled of pure tobacco without being aired out, in short, for a 4-star hotel and having paid this price for 2 children and an adult, it leaves a lot to be desired, and I regret it a thousand times, total fraud... I would demand my money back but I know they won't give it back, in short, never again.
Reserve una habitación triple con "vistas al mar" y la única vista que teníamos fue si el vecino del frente se cambiaba o miraba la tv...reclame en recepción me pidieron la hoja de reserva y me dijeron que igualmente no podían hacer nada cuando tenían habitaciones con "vistas" sin ocupar... la comida la verdad mala poquisima variedad y para rematar mi hijo se puso malo de la pansa el tema de animación nula solo se salva el chico venezolano que animo la piscina por las noches 0 ver que todos los hoteles tenían animación música y llegar al nuestro y que solo tenga la música a tope una desilusión... al llegar la habitación olía a puro tabaco sin ventilar ni nada resumiendo que para ser un 4estrellas y yo haber pagado este precio por 2 niños y un adulto deja muchísimo que desear y me arrepiento mil veces fraude total...exigiría mi dinero pero se que no lo devolverán en fin nunca mas

The rooms should be renovated, as all the water from the shower was leaking out and the floor of the sink was getting wet. The power of the light was miserable, we lost power by using a hair dryer.
