General discounts:

Children from 2 to 11 years old: 1st child benefits from a 25% discount with Breakfast, Half Board with Full Board and All Inclusive.

Children from 2 to 12 years old: the 1st and 2nd with a 50% discount on All Inclusive.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

Maximum room capacity is 3 people per room. Good to know: The accommodation does not admit a 4th place in the same room, either adult or child.

Single occupancy surcharge: 100%, i.e. the same price as for two people in a double room.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 10 kg/pet
- Price: 12 €/night and pet
- The cost of the cleaning surcharge is 25€ per stay.
- One pet per room is allowed.
- Your pet will be greeted with a welcome kit containing: a water bowl, a food bowl, bags, a bag dispenser, a bag of treats, and a ball—wow!

Lo que más me ha gustado es su tranquilidad. Es un hotel muy acogedor. El personal muy atento. Se agradece también el traslado desde el hotel hasta la misma playa. Decoración muy bonita.
From my point of view, I would improve the buffet, as it is not varied. The pool cleanliness and more service in the restaurants outside the dining room. Also, the furniture in the bathrooms of the rooms.

La comida y las habitaciones
The pool is very small. The hotel's location is very far from the beach. But the worst part was that I called to indicate that I would arrive later and they did not want to change my meal for the next day (something common in any hotel as a courtesy). Finally, they made the change after seeing that I was upset, but the gesture was very ugly. I will not return to that hotel and I do not recommend it to anyone.
La piscina es muy pequeña. La situación del hotel muy alejado de la playa . Pero lo peor fue que llamé para indicar que llegaba más tarde y no me querían cambiar la comida al día siguiente ( algo común en cualquier hotel por gentileza) . Finalmente me hicieron el cambio tras ver que estaba enfadado , pero el detalle fue muy feo. No volveré a ese hotel y no se lo aconsejó a nadie

La habitación y las instalaciones en general muy bien, limpias, espaciosas y cómodas.
The food is a disaster, scarce, cold, and of poor quality. The dining staff falls short, it is not advisable to book with meals included.
La comida es un desastre, escasa, fría y de mala calidad. El personal de comedor se queda corto, no es recomendable reservar con comidas incluidas.
