They started painting the facade of the apartment the morning after arrival, cancelling the use of the terrace, which is the main attraction of the apartment. They cleaned the facade with pressurized water and never cleaned it during the whole stay and did not care about staining the linen. The front desk was notified and the management did not even have the detail to call us to apologize. The indoor pool was dirty and full of hair and instead of a place to relax, it was the opposite, people breaking the rules, without caps and continuous jumping. The pool attendants were uninvolved, even if it was pointed out to us. The management was not up to the task. We even had to ask them to give us the detail that the contract was talking about. It's a shame because the village and the room was fine.
Se pusieron a pintar la fachada del apartamento a la mañana siguiente de la llegada, anulando el uso de la terraza, que es el principal atractivo del apartamento. Limpiaban la fachada con agua a presión y nunca lo limpiaron en toda la estancia y no les importo manchar la ropa tendida. Se le día aviso a la recepción y la dirección ni tuvo el detalle de llamarnos para disculparse. La piscina interior sucia llena de pelos y en lugar de un lugar de relax todo lo contrario personas incumpliendo las normas, sin gorros y saltos continuos. Los encargados de las piscinas sin involucrarse, aún indicándose. La dirección no ha estado a la altura. Tuvimos hasta que pedir que nos dieran el detalle del que hablaba la contratación. Es una pena porque el pueblo y la habitación estaba bien.

Estupendo alojamiento, no le falta ningún detalle. Elegí alojarme en un apartamento superior al contratado por un poco más de dinero para asegurarme el aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, muy necesario con la ola de calor. Apartamento amplio, con 2 baños, camas cómodas, cocina equipada. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Piscinas ideales, con vistas estupendas. Parking cubierto incluido en la estancia. El wifi funcionaba perfectamente.
If both showers were used at the same time, the hot/cold water could not be controlled.
