Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1 year old: the first child stays free sharing bed with two adults.
- In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us hereso we can check if it is possible.
- Children from 2 to 12 years old:
- Room Only: 1st and 2nd travel for 29 € per child per night approx.
- Bed and Breakfast: 1st and 2nd travel for 36 € per child per night approximately.
- Half Board: 1st and 2nd travel for approximately 46 € per child per night.
- Full Board: 1st and 2nd travel for approximately 57 € per child per night.
- Good to know: Discounts apply when accompanied by 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate in the same room.
- Maximum room occupancy: 4 people (adults or children).
- If you want to book for one person, the price for a single room is the same as for a double room. This accommodation does not offer discounts for single rooms.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.32 € per person and night.

Collecting your park tickets is easy!
On arrival, head to your hotel reception early in the morning to pick up your park tickets. With tickets in hand, you can hit the attractions straight away!
Your park ticket is also your room key. You'll receive a text message when your room is ready for you to enter.
On the day of your departure, even if you check out of your room in the morning, you can still enjoy the park all day long!

Éramos una familia en este hotel, en general todo está bien. Pero no tenía una sala de juegos para los niños, por las noches los niños estaban aburridos porque no tenían dónde jugar, ¡ya que afuera estaba lloviendo!

El hotel és muy bonito, te da la sensación que estás en el Caribe
Está a 15' andando de Port Aventura y cuando vas con niños y ya están cansados de andar todo el día la vuelta al hotel se hace pesada y por otra parte coincidimos con excursiones escolares y a parte del ruido que hacían por la noche, no pudimos cenar en el buffet del hotel porque o cenábamos de 6:45h a 8:45h o la última hora era para el grupo escolar....

Me ha gustado que el alojamiento era muy chulo y Joaquín el botones era un amor, atento y resolutivo.
camareros y cocineros unos groseros, no todos, pero si varios, algún recepcionista igual y yo no tengo necesidad de aguantar groserías, si no te gusta tu trabajo cámbialo, en Port aventura otros años ha estado mejor en Halloween, nos ha faltado animación al respecto y muchas atracciones estaban cerradas o en parada técnica de 3 días. Ademas en la oferta estaba incluido un vermouth con patatas y olivas, que normalmente eso se consume a la hora del vermouth (de 12 a 15h) y el lugar del vermouth solo tenía horario de 18-20h y solo lo especifica cuando tú te buscas la vida para saber dónde esta y que horario tiene porque en att al cte tampoco nos lo facilitan, muy descontenta en términos generales. En el hotel se equivocaron con nuestras entradas dos veces y tuvimos problemas para entrar al parque, para asignarnos una de las dos habitaciones reservadas y así en varias cosas. Muy mal

El hotel está muy bien. Habitación grande y limpia. El restaurante buffet también está bien y variado. La distancia del hotel al parque hay que andar un rato, que con niños se hace largo pero ya sabíamos lo que había. Repetiremos!!
