This establishment is an ideal complex for families. It has 24-hour reception service, currency exchange service, elevator, TV room, cafeteria, bar and restaurant. It also has a heated swimming pool, great!

Please note that the hotel spa and gym are currently closed.

The rooms have a fully-equipped bathroom with shower or bathtub, telephone, TV, minibar, safe, free Wi-Fi and hairdryer.

This hotel is located approximately 3 km from the center of the village of Ojen. It is 10 km from Marbella and 12 km from Marbella beach. Malaga airport is about 53km away.

5.7 Angel Travelled with family July 2024 We had an incident and the staff was willing to solve it.
Tuvimos una incidencia y el personal tuvo buena predisposición a solucionarla.
The air conditioning does not work, which in July makes it a not recommendable place. We complained and after a night in a room without air conditioning, the next day we were changed to a room with an air conditioning console, The hotel is in a very basic state of maintenance.
No funciona el aire acondicionado, lo cual en Julio lo convierte en un sitio nada recomendable. Reclamamos y tras una noche en una habitación sin aire acondicionado, al día siguiente nos cambiaron a una habitación con una consola de aire acondicionado, El Hotel está en un estado de mantenimiento muy básico.

 9.4 María Dolores Travelled with couple July 2024 Very good location and the views are amazing. The rooms are very spacious and complete. Terrace area for a spectacular cocktail. Spa small but very nice.
Ubicación muy buena y las vistas son una pasada. Las habitaciones muy amplias y completas . Zona de terraza para tomar un cocktail espectacular. Spa pequeño pero muy bonito.
The air conditioning was not working and I didn't feel the coolness I needed when I got to the room as it was quite hot. The buffet food was not very varied but of good quality. I did not like the amount of flies that were around the food, it is a mountain place so if they can not eradicate the entry of flies to consider protecting the food in some appropriate way.
El aire acondicionado estaba capado y no sentía el frescor que necesitaba al llegar a la habitación ya que hacía bastante calor . La comida del bufet con poca variedad pero buena calidad. No me gustó nada la cantidad de moscas que habían al rededor de la comida , es un lugar de montaña por lo que si no pueden erradicar la entrada de moscas que consideren proteger la comida de alguna manera adecuada.

La comida era poquita pero muy muy buena, felicitar al personal de cocina y de limpieza porque se nota que trabajan bien
It is a want and I can not, does not deserve 4 stars. The workers are not to blame but the owner does not spend a euro to fix the problems. A horrendous heat, the air does not work, have to have all the doors open or people die there heat and all full of flies for this reason. The spa was left to the hand of God, even parts that do not work. It breaks a bathroom as is the one next to the dining room and put a curtain ... To maintain a status you have to spend something, but does not deserve to have more than 2 stars.
Es un quiero y no puedo, no merece 4 estrellas. Los trabajadores no tienen culpa pero el dueño/a no gasta ni un euro en arreglar los problemas. Una calor horrorosa, el aire no funciona, tienen que tener todas las puertas abiertas o se muere ahí la gente de calor y todo lleno de moscas por este motivo. El spa dejado de la mano De Dios, incluso partes que no funcionan. Se rompe un baño como es el de al lado del comedor y se pone una cortina… Para mantener un estatus hay que gastar algo, pero no merece tener más de 2 estrellas.

 9.7 Meli Travelled with family July 2024 A hotel with incredible views, spacious rooms with a large terrace from which opens a wonderful landscape. The staff is very professional and very friendly. The pool and the terrace are unbeatable.

La habitación limpia y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno aceptable . Amabilidad en recepción.
The air conditioning barely worked, quite hot in the room. The buffet dinner was quite scarce. The towels were not changed daily and you do not get a refill of gel and shampoo. The waiters although friendly, wore jeans that I think in a 4 star hotel should not. I think it has one star too many.
El aire acondicionado apenas funcionaba , bastante calor en la habitación. La cena buffet bastante escasa. No te cambian las toallas a diario ni te rellenan el gel y champú.  9.1 Zoe Travelled with couple July 2024 I wanted an inexpensive vacation for our wedding anniversary, somewhere outside of Maebella and Malaga, but not within the city. I didn't want to spend a lot on the hotel and we were working outside all day. This hotel is surely a bit tired but it is clean, the staff at evenings, reception and housekeeping are very polite and the food is adequate. I was happy even though I am generally a luxury traveler.
Quería unas vacaciones económicas para nuestro aniversario de bodas, un lugar fuera de Maebella y Málaga, pero no dentro de la ciudad. No quería gastar mucho en el hotel y estuvimos trabajando fuera todo el día. Este hotel seguramente está un poco cansado pero está limpio, el personal de veladas, recepción y limpieza son muy educados y la comida es adecuada. Estuve feliz a pesar de que generalmente soy un viajero de lujo.
All the food was perfectly prepared, but on the second night the menu was almost exactly the same as the previous night.

 3.7 Anónimo Travelled with family July 2024 When I arrived we were informed that the hotel had a breakdown in the air conditioning. Then looking at the reviews the fault had been there for a week.
Cuando llegué nos informaron que el hotel tenía una avería en el aire acondicionado. Luego viendo reseñas la avería llevaba una semana.
I would have preferred to be notified by phone of the breakdown and decide whether to keep the reservation or not.
Hubiese preferido que me avisaran por tlf de la avería y decidir si mantengo la reserva o no.
