10 Inmaculada Concepción Travelled with  friends June 2025 All perfect
Todo perfecto
I would improve the animation part, as there was none at night on both nights, only one night a singer sang, and the next day nothing happened, and there was no animation at the pool either, that's the only thing.

5.4 Maria Travelled with family June 2025 The air conditioning was working very poorly and we have been quite hot, when we reported it they told us they would bring us a fan but they couldn't because they were all in use. Thanks to the chambermaid who changed the furniture layout in the room to try to make the little air coming out of the duct reach us. The rooms are a bit old.

8 Triana Travelled with couple June 2025 A very peaceful hotel to spend a weekend relaxing, the food is very good. We went with Full Board and the drink prices are reasonable. It is true that there is little variety for lunch and dinner at the buffet, but everything tastes quite good and they are always attentive to replenish what has run out or what is running low. On the other hand, the rooms are quite spacious and clean, the bathroom is a bit old, but otherwise nothing to add.
As an aspect to improve, the animation leaves much to be desired, not because of the girl Natalia who is lovely, but because everything there is for children, and on the weekend, at 10:30/11:00 there is no more animation, in my case, on Friday there was a game to guess movies, it started at 10:00 and ended at 10:30, and on Saturday, a girl came to sing and stayed until 11:00, to be honest, that part was a bit disappointing. Also, the bar closes at 12:00h.

They should improve the repair and cleaning details of the somewhat neglected hotel. Nothing that can't be fixed.

5.6 Ana Maria Travelled with family June 2025 The pool. The girl in charge of activities. The staff, except for some in the dining room.
La piscina. La chica de las actividades. El personal, exceptuando alguna del comedor
The hotel has changed a lot compared to 2024. It needs renovations. Some rooms had a bad smell like pipes or spoiled towels. They changed our room after insisting a lot, although they gave us one for disabled people without a terrace, the minibar didn't work, and neither did the one in my sister's room, my sister's and my daughter's room also had a bad smell. The food was repetitive. Last year there was everything for the kids. This year only pasta. No pizzas, no breaded chicken, no sausages...what a disappointment...0. The pool bar closed, which I don't understand if the pool is open and the entertainment inside, apparently from July 1st, another thing I don't understand. There was no air conditioning at breakfast, it was very hot.
