El trato del personal es exquisito, excepto uno de los encargados del spa que parece que le cuesta atender a los clientes.
El cuarto día descubrimos que el secador de pelo estaba guardado en un cajón del armario. Nadie nos lo dijo.
Las toallas del lavabo están tocando el WC y para coger el papel higiénico hay que hacer contorsiones.

Nos ha gustado el jacuzzi y el desayuno, aunque el espacio del bufet muy pequeño para tanta gente.

Hotel fantástico. Muy tranquilo , habitaciones super tranquilas sin ruidos.
La zona preciosa. Muy agradable todo, sin intentaré repetir incluso en otros hoteles de la cadena por la zona de Portugal.
Mil gracias por el gel y champú!!! Hasta en eso han cuidado los detalles. Un fantástico olor a jazmín , propio de nuestra Andalucía ,te invade cada vez que te duchas o te lavas las manos. Por mi parte en pocos hoteles hay que darles un 10 a algo tan simple y sencillo como el gel de baño.

To put some downside, I think the staff was not very well trained. I imagine that being the beginning of the season they had new staff. We had dinner one night at the Pizza Fina restaurant and it was a real disaster, very bad service but due to poor organization. Something similar in the pool bar. But I repeat that we didn't pay much attention to it because I imagine it was because the employees were new. Then they compensated us with the kindness with which they all treated us, even apologizing to us.
Por poner alguna pega , creo que el personal no estaba muy bien formado. Imagino que al ser principio de temporada tenían personal nuevo. Cenamos una noche en el restaurante Pizza Fina y fue un auténtico desastre, muy mala atención pero por mala organización.
En el bar de piscina algo parecido. Pero repito que no le dimos mucha importancia pues imagino que sería porque los empleados eran nuevos. Luego nos compensaba la amabilidad con la que nos atendían todos, incluso pidiéndonos disculpas.
