Very good location in front of the beach. Breakfast and dinner quite varied and of good quality, very tasty.very friendly and helpful staff.animation well, although very focused on foreign tourists.
Muy buena ubicación en primera linea de playa. Desayuno y cena bastante variado y de buena calidad,muy rico.El personal muy amable y servicial.La animación bien, aunque muy encarada a los turistas extranjeros.
For a four star hotel, they do not offer amenities, something that surprised me.

In 1st line of beach and the rooms overlooking the sea.
The staff is very attentive and professional.
En 1ª línea de playa y las habitaciones con vistas al mar.

The breakfast and dinner for a 4* is normal and repetitive. We did not see anything that stood out for quality in the 3 days we stayed.
Saving water is essential in any place you visit, go ahead. Here you can be in the shower without limitation and yet through the sink and bidet taps with the reducers hardly any water comes out and makes it difficult to even brush your teeth.
El desayuno y cena para ser un 4* es normalita y repetitiva. No vimos nada que sobresaliera por calidad en los 3 días que estuvimos.
El ahorro del agua es esencial en cualquier lugar que visites, vaya por delante. Aquí puedes estar en la ducha sin limitación y sin embargo por los grifos del lavabo y del bidet con los reductores apenas sale agua y dificulta incluso lavarte los dientes.

Everything in general, but especially the attention received from all staff without exception. The culture of customer service with which the hotel is oriented is great, from the reception to the cooks, through the cleaning services and waitresses. Very good. In addition, the renovation and decoration of the hotel make it very warm and clean.
Todo en general, pero sobre todo la atención recibida por parte de todo el personal sin excepción. La cultura de atención al cliente con la que se orienta el hotel es estupenda, desde la recepción hasta los cocineros, pasando por los servicios de limpieza y camareras. Muy bien. Además la reforma y decoración del hotel lo hacen muy cálido y limpísimo.
I wish the nightly entertainment wasn't just geared towards British tourism, but I get it.

I liked the proximity to the beach and to any restaurant, etc. You can walk everywhere.

The food was not great for a 4 star hotel, I can't say it was bad but I think that for a 4 star hotel it is more like a 3 star hotel.
The animation is focused on people from outside, it is a hotel that 75% of people are from outside Spain and is more set to their schedules but that is not bad but it is only to be taken into account.
La comida no me ha parecido nada del otro mundo para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, no puedo decir que estuviera mala pero creo que para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas es justa mas bien de un hotel de 3 estrellas.
La animación es enfocada a gente de fuera, es un hotel que un 75% es de gente de fuera de España y esta más ambientada a sus horarios pero no por ello es malo solo es a tener en cuenta
