Single room surcharge: is approximately 30%, already applied in the prices that you will see during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

Me ha gustado mucho el hotel, limpieza 10 la habitación que kos dieron muy amplia para nosotros y nuestro bebé estupendo, la comida buena, ubicación a 2 min de la playa, el hotel magnífico

The room doesn't even have a chair to put the suitcase on, in the bathroom there's just a bar of soap, the picnic was embarrassing, I will never return and of course, a total dissuasion for anyone in my confidence. I don't know how it can have a 4* rating. The all-inclusive package is the worst I've seen in all my holiday experiences.

A 2 minutos de la playa . El hotel está muy bien , el buffet de desayuno es muy variado , las comidas y la cenas están bien .Muy bien el servicio de plancha , por la mañana hacen bikinis , crepes y al mediodia y noche carnes a la plancha.
The waits for the elevator are a bit frustrating if you go during peak season and meal times. Be careful, the Spa has cold water, we felt ripped off because they made us buy swim caps to enter and we couldn't stay more than 5 minutes since the water was frozen. I mentioned it at the front desk and they ignored me. "IS IT LIKE THIS"... since when is the water colder in a Spa than outside?
Las esperas para el ascensor desesperan un poco si vas en temporada alta y en las horas de las comidas .
Cuidado el Spa es agua fría , nos sentimos estafados por que nos hicieron comprar gorros de baño para entrar y no pudimos estar mas de 5 minutos ya que el agua estaba congelada .
Lo comenté en recepción y me ignoraron . " Es ASÍ "...desde cuando un Spa el agua está mas fría que la de fuera ???
