Desde el primer momento la atención del personal fue excelente. La habitación para nosotros cuatro era estupenda. Limpieza genial y la comida buffet de 10. Volveremos segurísimo ya que a mis hijos les encantó y jugaron muchísimo en el parque exterior.
Lo único que me hubiera gustado saber era que las bebidas incluidas era solo agua, los refrescos se pagan a parte, pero eso no hizo peor nuestra experiencia.

Hotel con muchas actividades, nos divertimos mucho con el bingo y el baile por la noche, también hacen yoga y otras actividades, la comida muy buena y es genial que acepten perritos. Lo pasamos muy bien y estuvimos muy cómodas, repetiremos seguro.
A mejorar diría que a la habitación le faltaba un poquito más de limpieza, sobretodo al baño.

las fuentes de chocolate a la cena, y la comida estaba bastante bien.
Tenia zona para niños con un par de toboganes y columpios, pero estaba muy descuidado. Todo oxidado y los toboganes con agujeros que daba un poco de miedo que los niños se tiraran. una pena porque la instalación era muy divertida, pero se había dejado echar a perder.

Está cerca del centro, la habitación era correcta, cero ruidos, algún que otro llanto de un bebé de buena mañana, la comida y desayuno correcto, bastante gente y se quedaron sin platos ni vasos pero... nada que no se pueda solucionar con paciencia. 10' de la playa de Fanals.
Supermercado y un Asiático que cenamos super bien.
La música era para gente mayor, pero... mi pareja y yo con ingenio nos llevamos un juego.

El hotel en si no está mal , pero deja mucho que desear , paredes sucias , las puertas todas hinchadas , la corredera del balcón no cerraba , el baño con una toalla muy sucia en la barra del baño .
El parking se puede aparcar pagado y cuál es mi sorpresa que está ocupada por otro coche
Mejorar todo lo que he comentado ya que si sales para despejarte un poco de la rutina , no esperas tirarte todo el rato en recepción diciendo todo lo que encuentras mal , aparte las colas que tienes que hacer para que te atienda .

El chico que nos atendió en recepción cuando llegamos super profesional, un encanto con la atención recibida, en cambio hay una Se. un poco mayor muy agria la verdad. La tranquilidad que hemos tenido, las comidas en general, te entra el agua gratis, la animación de la noche incluida la discoteca que tienes subterránea hasta las dos de la mañana, los ascensores rapidísimos, las habitaciones reformadas y muy cómodas las camas, muy bien en general.
El hotel necesita reformas, pero creo que ya están en ello, hemos pasado muchísima calor en todo el hotel incluso en el comedor, aunque hay ventiladores en el techo tendrían que poner las ventanas cristaleras correderas o con ventilación porque no habia ninguna .Algunos camareros de la barra del bar un poco antipáticos cara al publico, sobre todo el mas mayor, los más jóvenes geniales.
