Nos ha gustado todo. El hotel está genial. Habitación con vistas al mar, desayuno muy rico. Todo limpisimo. Habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas. Todo estupendo y hotel muy recomendable.

The environment, very quiet residential area.

The bathroom has no door that separates it from the rest of the room.
The dinner, little variety and a quality that is not at all 5 stars.

1. We paid for a room with a sea view and all you could see were palm trees. You had to look out a lot from the terrace to see the sea from the side. It was a rip off.
- Breakfast was chaos. We were waiting in line for 20 minutes to get in, as there were very few staff and they could not speed up the entrance. When we entered, there was already food that was not replenished, even bread was missing. A disaster.
A 5 star hotel should organize the breakfasts in such a way as to avoid this unfortunate situation.
- There was a coffee maker in the room, but it did not work.
- The exteriors and common areas were dirty.
For all of the above, this hotel is not a 5 star hotel, it is more like a 4 star without more.
1. Pagamos una habitación con vistas al mar y solo se veían palmeras. Tenías que asomarte mucho a la terraza para ver el mar lateralmente. Un engaño.
- El desayuno fue un caos. Estuvimos esperando un cola de 20 minutos para entrar, pues había muy poco personal y no podían agilizar la entrada. Cuando entramos, ya había alimentos que no reponían, incluso llegó a faltar pan. Un desastre.
Un hotel de 5 estrellas debe organizar los desayunos, de tal modo que no se llegue a esta situación lamentable.
- En la habitación había una cafetera, pero no funcionaba.
- Los exteriores y zonas comunes estaban sucios.
Por todo lo anteriormente expuesto, este hotel tiene poco de 5 estrellas, más bien es un 4 estrellas sin más.

We loved the rooms, the spaciousness and the light they have. The bed is very comfortable, as well as the pillows.

It has been a stay little used due to the departure of the hotel to other events and visits, remember that I am from Valencia and we had falla and party in Almeria.
Ha sido una estancia poco aprovechada debido a la salida del hotel a otros eventos y visitas, recordemos que soy de Valencia y teníamos falla y fiesta en Almeria
I did not like that they did not recover a sock that fell in the courtyard of the room below the one I had, although it is insignificant it gives the feeling of not caring about the customer by not recovering it, I think it was very simple to recover it.
No me ha gustado que no me recuperarán un calcetín que cayó en el patio de la habitación de debajo de la que yo tenía, aunque sea insignificante da la sensación de no preocuparse por el cliente al no recuperarlo, pienso que era muy sencillo de recuperar

I must say that I work in the middle of a middle ranking position in a hotel chain, the truth, in my opinion, a 5* should have all the services available for customers to make them feel at home, something that did not reach my expectations, I must emphasize, however, that it is a very nice place which can be exploited more in other conditions.
Debo decir que trabajo en el medio realizando un cargo de rango intermedio en una cadena hotelera,la verdad,a mí modo de ver,un 5* debe tener todos los servicios disponibles para que los clientes logren sentirse como en casa,algo que no logro alcanzar mis expectativas,debo resaltar,de igual modo que es un sitio muy bonito lo cual se puede explotar mas en otras condiciones.
I did not like that they have no animation, is a 5 * that does not house any entertainment system except the spa or pool, I can understand that it is a hotel of rest, but between the music, which was very sweet and all the noise and screams of a group of people who were housed in that hotel, product to the faults of Valencia,They did not let you enjoy the whole stay, the excessive prices both the buffet and the menu, this leads me to say that they do not have a value for money of the products offered, on the other hand there was no animation of any kind for the different ethnic groups that were in the accommodation, felt a sadness in its entirety.If I must highlight the room service, the cleanliness, the organization, the care of the rooms, the speed of service and the intercommunication between the reception and the housekeeping department, I say this with and cause of knowledge following a request I made ... but it is sad to travel so far and find yourself in the middle of nowhere in a place where it helps the constant negativity of the word: NOTHING.
No me gustó que no tienen animación,es un 5* que no alberga ningún sistema de entretenimiento salvo el spa o piscina,puedo entender que es un hotel de descanso,pero entre la música,que era muy dulce y todo el ruido y gritos de un grupo de personas que fueron alojadas en ese hotel,producto a las fallas de valencia ,no dejaban disfrutar del todo la estancia,el precios excesivos tanto el buffet como la carta,esto me lleva a decir que no tienen una co_ relacion calidad precio de los productos ofertados,por otro lado no existía animación de ningún tipo para los diferentes grupos etàreos que estaban en el alojamiento,se sentía una tristeza en su totalidad.Si debo resaltar el servicio de hab,la limpieza ,la organización,el cuidado de las habitaciones,la rapidez del servicio y la Intercomunicacion existente entre recepcion y el departamento de gobernanta, lo digo con y causa de conocimiento a raíz de un pedido que realice...pero es triste viajar tan lejos y encontrarte en medio de la nada en un sitio donde ayuda a la negatividad constante de la palabra: NADA.
