The hotel is very nice and well located

What I didn't like is the noise of the train, it passes very close and you can hear it a lot.

Un edificio con mucho encanto. Sólo hemos pasado una noche con el desayuno y los servicios que hemos disfrutado del hotel nos han parecido bastante correctos. Destacaría la atención del personal de recepción, en especial la mujer que nos atendió a nuestra llegada y salida.
Por decir algo, es la incomodidad para mí de las bañeras.

We left our bags and when we returned to the room at 22.30 the bathroom was flooded and water was coming out of the toilet cistern under pressure, they changed our room and the one they took us to did not drain the water from the sink, it was stagnant up to the top and we could not use it, for a four star hotel they should take care of these details.
Hicimos el sobre las 17 h dejamos las maletas y al volver a la habitación a las 22.30 estaba el baño inundado y salía agua a presión por la cisterna del wc, nos cambiaron de habitación y la que nos llevaron no tragaba el agua el lavabo, se quedó estancada hasta arriba y no lo pudimos usar, para un hotel de cuatro estrellas deberían cuidar estos detallles

Externally it is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is very good (although we missed some freshly made products such as fried eggs and also more variety of fruit).
Exteriormente es precioso. El desayuno buffet muy bueno (aunque echamos en falta productos hechos al momento como huevos fritos y también más variedad de fruta).
The cleanliness of the room, the floor was dirty, there was a lot of dust on the furniture and lamps.
In the bathroom we found an empty toilet paper roll inside the bidet, and in the refrigerator of the room an open and half full bottle of water. We gave notice at reception and the only thing they told us is that they noted it, they did not propose that someone checked the room or checked anything, they offered us a change of room which we refused because it did not have a double bed (but that depends on availability).
One of the emergency exits was open and we saw some trays with leftover food (half a steak, potatoes, salad...) on a bench.
The price is high compared to the state of the facilities and the interior design of rooms and facilities.
La limpieza de la habitación, el suelo estaba sucio, había bastante polvo en los muebles y lámparas.
En el baño nos encontramos un rollo de papel higiénico vacío dentro del bidet, y en la nevera de la habitación una botella de agua abierta y medio llena. Dimos aviso en recepción y lo único que nos dijeron es que lo anotaban, no propusieron que alguien revisase la habitación ni comprobaron nada, nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación que rechazamos porque no tenía cama de matrimonio (pero eso depende de la disponibilidad).
Una de las salidas de emergencia estaba abierta y vimos unas bandejas con restos de comida (medio filete, patatas, ensalada..) sobre un banco.
El precio es elevado comparado con el estado de las instalaciones y el diseño interior de habitaciones e instalaciones.
