Perfect hotel, perfect location, good food and animation in the evenings. Close to market, restaurants, see, castle, walking paths. A lot of Halloween decors in the hotel common space and activities! We liked there! Would like to return!

We came from Barcelona for a mini break and were so happy. The room was amazing! I was slighly worried when I saw we were on the first floor with a bar close-by but we heard NOTHING. The balcony was super and it was amazing to see the world walk by. Hardly any cars on the road and no noises from the bar. The room was spacious and all was super clean. The food was super too. A good variation and lots fresh fish and meats next to vegetarian dishes. They really made a fantastic buffet for al to enjoy with daily variations. Lots of fruit/cake/sweets/ creams for dessert if you have any space left. Breakfast was the same with pretty much all nationalities choices of breakfast available. The staff were all lovely. From the girls on the room floor to the reception and from the chefs to the people helping in the dining room. Mercedes (meercellig) was always cheery and wishing us good morning/ evening what makes such a difference. If het Teamleader reads this then I think you should reward her employee of the month with a extra paid day of or something.
TIP: bring a beach/pool towel or sheet as they don’t provide these.

Everything was perfect! Modern and clean rooms, delicious food, with wide variety of spanish and medditerrenean dishes, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is located near to the beach and city centre. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Los zumos de fruta de la mañana son en polvo y tienen sabor a químicos... una pena. Una tetera sería un añadido muy bienvenido en las habitaciones estándar de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
En el restaurante, no hay tarjetas de alergia... es obligatorio proporcionarla.

Fuimos un fin de semana, el hotel estaba organizado para el tema de carnaval.
El hotel está renovado, tanto las habitaciones como los accesos generales, está todo nuevo; la ubicación es perfecta a tres minutos de la playa y la relación calidad precio excelente
Tanto viernes noche como sábado noche, en hora punta, había bastante cola en el comedor. Deberían buscar un método para agilizar esa cola, que fuera más rápida

Estuvimos el año pasado y hemos visto que han reformado la recepción y lo han dejado muy bonita.
La fiesta de Halloween estuvo bien aunque nos gustó más la del año pasado con sus animadores.
Aunque se hacian colas para el desayuno, comida o cena, daban más tiempo del establecido y reponían los platos.
El túnel del terror muy terrorífico (divertido) se hace corto, los figurantes metidos en su papel.

Although they gave away a packet of chestnuts per person (5) out of 15 we could only eat 6, the rest were rotten. There were also chestnuts to buy separately, I can imagine the disappointment.

En pensión completa tendría que entrar el agua o vino.
Aunque regalaban un paquete de castañas por persona (5) de 15 sólo podíamos comer 6 las demás podridas. Tambien habia para comprar aparte me imagino la decepción.
