Tourism tax

The hotel is clean and food is nice and always enough and fresh. Staff is very nice but the director is not.
Drinks are not included. The card of the room and parking is not working every day at least 2 times due to magnet issues. Parking is a walk up the hill from the hotel. Swimmingpool is fighting for a spot every day.

The food was good, but needs more varaity... missed the paella. The service was great, but some of the housekeepers were not so nice. Most of all we enjoyed pur stay.

A mis hijos les ha gustado los toboganes, y dicen que los de animación son muy majos. El buffet bastante completo.
Para pasar un par de días de desconexión, está muy bien.
The room was a bit small, there was hardly any space to move around, but the bathroom was quite large. The same happened in the pool areas, very little space for people to be in the sunbeds. Besides, the tourists here are filthy, leaving everything thrown around anywhere, and that makes everything look dirty. During the days we were there, they didn't do the activities that were listed in the entertainment program.

The water in the Water Slides for children was frozen, such a shame they didn't go in because of how cold it was. The rooms we got this time have nothing to do with the first time. Some flaws.
