Children from 2 to 11 years old: they travel at a discount depending on the dates and meals you choose:
- Are you traveling on Bed & Breakfast with Half Board or Full Board basis? The 1st and 2nd benefit from a 50% discount, except if you travel from September 8, which will have FREE travel.
- Have you selected All Inclusive? The 1st stays with a 75% discount, or for 9€ per night depending on the dates of your booking, and the 2nd stays with a 50% discount.
- If you book a room with partial sea view, children will have an additional surcharge of approximately 6€ per night.
Please remember! Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

Are you travelling with children? The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or infants per room.
- Are you all adults? In this case, the maximum occupancy is 4 adults per room.

The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.
- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 23€ per night and room. It may vary according to the dates of the holiday and you will see it applied in the final price of your booking.

- Standard: the most affordable option
- Partial sea view: these are rooms overlooking the pool and facing the sea. Please note that the orientation of each room may vary and, therefore, the sea view may be more or less reduced.
IMPORTANT: on the hotel's website or other online portals, this room is marketed as "sea view room". They are really the same rooms, but we prefer to name them as such to avoid misunderstandings.

Buffetten waren uitgebreid, show cooking had lekkere gerechten gemaakt door sympathieke koks.
Mooie omgeving !
Heel gehorige kamers (kamer met tussendeur).
Heel erg druk omwille van jeugdgroepen die doorheen het hele hotel ongecontroleerd hun gang gingen en vooral in het restaurant enorm veel lawaai en chaos veroorzaakten.
Restaurant erg ongezellig... 'refter' zou een betere omschrijving zijn.

Lo mejor sin duda la animación y lo bien quién nos lo pasamos con ellos , son super guays

Nada conforme con la atención desde diez días antes estuve intentando contactar por teléfono con el hotel llamando a todas horas , no se me cogió el teléfono nunca, yo quería consultar el tema habitaciones situación respectó piscina y comedor ya que iba persona con movilidad reducida, lo intenté antes de poder cancelar la reserva y después también hablé incluso con Central de Hoteles Alegria me dieron un fax y solicité información que no recibí aún así viaje no sabiendo si el hotel estaba abierto o era una estafa incomprensible que alguien no pueda comunicar al hotel al que va, una vez allí estaba abierto tras comentar el problema me comenta la Directora Natalia que es que tienen mucho trabajo? Ese no es mi problema me indica que nos pueden cambiar la habitación previó pago de 150 euros, 50 euros por noche , cosa que tuvimos que acceder porque no me iba a volver y entre tanto llamar se pasó la fecha de devolución de la reserva.La habitación era una superior de dos camas, a lo que yo le dije que había contratado una habitación cuadruple familiar 3 adultos y 1 niño que tenía un espacio con sofá cama que no era esa habitación a lo que me respondió que en el hotel no había habitaciones como la que yo describía , posteriormente me llamó para ver si se habían arreglado algunas deficiencias ( no salía agua apenas en lavabo, aire no enfriaba, nevera no enfriaba ni enfrió ) y me comentó que sí que había unas habitaciones como las que yo describía pero que eran familiares , yo le dije que eso es lo que yo había reservado y me contestó que no (Solicito por parte de Busco un Chollo una explicación a esto ya que la imagen que ponían cuando yo hice la reserva se correspondía con dos camas y sofás camas en un apartado), por eso contraté esta opción, por lo que solicito se me devuelvan los 150 euros pagados en el hotel, y me expliquen el tema de la habitación ya que no se parece en nada lo que yo contrate con lo que me encontré allí, así como el tema de que no te atiendan por teléfono un hotel de cuatro estrellas es inaudito por no decir otra cosa.Espero su respuesta.
