You must take into account that in order to access to the thermal circuit and treatments (to be paid directly at the accommodation), you must call a few days before to the Balneario Vichy Catalán 3 to book the services in advance.

Please note :
- Children between 6 and 14 years old can access the thermal circuit accompanied by an adult during children's hours: 12:00h, 13:00h and 16:00h.
- From 14 years old, they can access in any time slot, but always accompanied by an adult.

The schedule of the thermal area is from 10:00h to 14:00h, and from 16:00h to 20:00h.
- We recommend you confirm the schedules with the hotel reception, as these may change depending on the season and occupancy.
- In your room you will find bathrobe and slippers that you can use. In addition, in the spa you will be provided with a swimming cap, great!

Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 2: the first one stays for free sharing bed with two adults in double and triple rooms. In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here so we can check if it is possible.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Maximum room capacity is 3 people + one baby per room. Please remember! The accommodation does not admit a 4th place in the same room, either adult or child.
Single room surcharge: it is approximately 10%, already applied in the prices that you will see during the booking process.
