Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1: the first one stays for free sharing bed with two adults in double rooms. In case you want to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here so we can check if it is possible.
General discounts:

Children from 2 to 11 years old: 1st child stays for FREE.

Children from 12 to 14 years old: 1st child benefits from a 50% discount.
Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Maximum room capacity is 3 people per room. Good to know: The accommodation does not admit a 4th place in the same room, either adult or child.
Single room surcharge: is approximately 40%, already applied in the prices you will see during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 3.3 € per person and night.

Me ha gustado la atención de las camareras súper rápidas y amables excepto alguna la encargada que hablaba regular a los camareros del restaurante pero sobre todo me encantó una camarera que se llamaba Marie Carmen siempre sonriendo y amable en todo momento! N general ha sido una experiencia bonita
Los precios de las bebidas eran más altos que en los restaurantes de primera línea de playa y la piscina que a las 18.00 ya se lo cerraban ,yo he estado la semana del 20-27 de mayo

Todo, prácticamente. La ubicación del hotel, la atención del personal. Digno de destacar el trabajo magnífico y profesional de Francisca, M. Carmen ( empleadas en el comedor) y demás compañer@s, así como los responsables del bar de la piscina. La comida muy buena.
Nothing. There was a bad smell in the bathroom at first, but we reported it and it took no time at all to fix it. Excellent service.
Nada. Había mal olor en el baño al principio, pero lo comunicamos y no tardaron nada en arreglarlo. Excelente atención.

The worst thing is the food is very bad and every day the same. A lot of people. The room service did not respect the rest, at 08:30/09:00 and woke up to clean the rooms, inculuso having the do not disturb sign, they removed it and woke us up.
Lo peor la comida muy mala y cada día lo mismo. Mucha gente. El servicio de habitaciones no respetaba el descanso, a las 08:30/09:00 ya desperaban para limpiar las habitaciones, inculuso teniendo el cartel de no molestar, lo quitaron y nos despertaron.

The breakfast and lunch buffet did not vary at all, the facilities and the hotel are not in accordance with the 4 stars.
