Hotel muy cómodo. Zonas comunes y baño reformado, habitación olía un poco a humedad, pero nos compensó por el acceso directo al jardín/piscina.
Desayuno muy completo y personal muy amable. Monitor infantil con mucha mano para los niños.

Es la segunda vez que vamos. El hotel es fantástico y el entorno paradisiaco. Las comidas buenas y muy completas y las habitaciones de lo mejor que puedes tener. Con tanto espacio que casi te da pena no poder aprovecharlas del todo si no vas muchos días. La piscina principal grande y que cuente con una piscina Only Adults es un plus si quieres algo más de tranquilidad. En definitiva, un lugar al que siempre volvería.
We had a small problem with the reception staff, as the hotel has an app through which you can report incidents or request certain services. We requested a late check-out, which in the app had a price that was not the one confirmed to us at reception. We showed them what appeared in the app and, besides rushing us to confirm if we wanted to extend our stay at the price they mentioned, the disappointing response was that "they could have just told us directly that they didn't have availability and spared us that problem." Although it may be a misunderstanding or an app error, we believe that this is not how customers should be treated. However, this is an isolated incident with a receptionist, as the rest of the staff was lovely.
Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el personal de recepción, ya que el hotel cuenta con una aplicación a través de la cual puedes indicar incidencias o solicitar ciertos servicios. Nosotros solicitamos un "late check out" que en la aplicación ponía un precio que no fue el que nos confirmaron en recepción. Les mostramos lo que aparecía en la aplicación y, además de meternos prisa para confirmar si queríamos o no la ampliación de la estancia al precio que ellos nos decían, la decepcionante respuesta fue que "podrían habernos dicho directamente que no tenían disponibilidad y ahorrarnos ese problema". Aunque se trate de un malentendido o un error de la aplicación, consideramos que no son formas de trato al cliente. Para pasar unas vacaciones en familia el alojamiento es ideal, las habitaciones parecen apartamentos… casi todas tienen salida al jardin… a muy pocos metros de la piscina y son estupendas .
Ademas el personal muy muy amable…. La unica pega que pondría seria la comida… casi siempre lo mismo… faltan comidas elaboradas y mas suaves… demasiado fritos.
Por cierto la playa esta cerca pero el hotel no es primera linia tal como da la impresión en las fotos. La playa tambien es muy bonita apta para los peques.
Hay poco ambiente de fiesta, pocas actividades para los peques… la zona en general es tranquila y falta ambiente, muzica, locales para tomar algo, tiendas

El hotel es espectacular, a destacar la habitación (junior suite con acceso a jardín) y la amabilidad y rapidez de todo el personal. Todo el mundo que trabaja en el buffet es encantador y están pendientes en todo momento de reponer lo que se agota, recoger los platos vacíos de las mesas... Super eficientes.
To put a downside, the pool hours (11:00 - 19:30h) felt short to us. Since we spent a large part of the day on excursions, we could hardly enjoy it because when we arrived, it was already closed.
Por poner una pega, el horario de la piscina (11:00 - 19:00) se nos hizo corto. Al pasar gran parte del día haciendo excursiones, apenas pudimos disfrutarla ya que cuando llegábamos ya había cerrado.
