The hotel is not 4*. The all-inclusive is very weak with very limited hours. The pool closes at 18:30. The spa jacuzzi was empty, and the indoor pool’s water was cold. It’s old and needs maintenance. The beds are uncomfortable and sagging. However, for the price-quality ratio, it’s not bad.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado con una playa preciosa justo enfrente, lo que más nos sorprendió es la amabilidad del personal, los dos chicos de animación (me gustó mucho aquagym y waterpolo), los camareros eran un encanto, la directora… siempre con una sonrisa y atentos a todo lo que necesitáramos, tienen un personal increíble. También nos gustó muchísimo la comida, hay mucha variedad y está muy buena. Las piscinas muy limpias y se está muy a gusto. En general todo perfecto destacando al personal. El todo incluido está genial, las bebidas ricas y de calidad y el hotel es bonito y tienes supermercados cerca (aunque no hace falta con todo lo que el hotel ofrece).
The beds are comfortable but they're two single beds pushed together to make a double, and it's not the same as a proper double because the gap was very noticeable. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable, and I missed evening entertainment that other hotels have — you end up having to get back into bed because you're bored. Even so, the hotel is very good and I would recommend it.

Situación perfecta en primera línea de Playa , las habitaciones están bien con nevera terraza y el baño también . La comida está bien no demasiada variedad pero lo que tienen está rico . El todo incluido está también bien. Y el personal encantadores todos, desde recepción, camareros del comedor, del bar, en la piscina, limpiadoras da gusto tratar con personal así . Súper eficientes cualquier duda o problema te lo solucionaban al instante .

Most guests had all‑inclusive and maybe for that reason, to be profitable they have to lower the quality of the food. The buffet was basic and the products were of average quality. For the price paid for Half Board, it doesn’t offer what we paid for. In my opinion, choose another hotel if you want Half Board. The best thing was the salad buffet. The worst was everything else. The fruit was second‑rate, the meat the same, and most of the fish was deep‑frozen and tasteless. The worst buffet I have ever been to. One night (the “burger” night) I didn’t know what to eat; only some roasted ribs were any good.

Nos metieron en una habitación en planta calle, olor a humedad, baño todo oxidado, se sale el agua por la mampara de vieja que está. Sin separación entre terrazas, te podían saltar desde la calle. Rodapiés todos levantados, puertas fatal. Nos cambiaron a otra un poco mejor por lo menos sin humedad pero no cerraba la terraza. La suplente de limpieza 2 días sin limpiar la habitación sólo estiro un poco las sábanas, no se molestó ni en poner los cojines. La comida no estaba mal pero un poco básica.
