La ubicación
It leaves much to be desired for a four star hotel, the rooms have the toilet without reform and very small, the buffet with little variety of dishes and cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

The pool has a huge amount of chlorine, any swimsuit with any white stuff in it would turn it yellow at the moment.

The girl at the reception desk in the evening was very unfriendly.
We were two adults and two children of 11 and 13 years old, they gave us two rooms and although they were on the same floor, they were very far apart.

Ubicación muy buena, habitaciones amplias y luminosas. Buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado y de la tv. Gel y champú abundante.

Currently there are works in the next street and there is a lot of noise from early morning.
We had a bad experience with the drinks not included in the half board. From the start they tell you that they cannot give you a jug of tap water, this being a consumer right, and the alternative is a bottle of ultrafiltered tap water, not mineral, at the price of 2.30€.
The lounge is somewhat small for the number of rooms.
Heated pool rather cold water and gave the feeling that the water was cloudy.

Tuvimos una mala experiencia con las bebidas no incluidas en la media pensión. De primeras te dicen que no te pueden poner una jarra de agua de grifo, siendo esto un derecho del consumidor, y la alternativa es una botella de agua de grifo ultrafiltrada, que no mineral, al precio de 2,30€.
Salón algo reducido para el número de habitaciones.
Piscina climatizada más bien de agua fría y daba la sensación de que el agua estaba turbia.
