Lo más importante del hotel es que las personas que allí trabajan te tratan con amabilidad y mucha cortesía. El animador Armando es un crack. Las habitaciones y la limpieza no está mal.
Es un 4 estrellas con carencias, el mobiliario del comedor viejo y estropeado, casi me caigo con una silla rota y habían varias. El buffet no es nada del otro mundo y peca de pobre y poco surtido. El Spa es bastante normalito y en reparación igual que la terraza panorámica que parece abandonada. Y la ubicación no es muy buena, necesitas coche para desplazarte sino te quieres subir las siete colinas de Roma para llegar. Ponen un vehículo para llevarte a la playa y traerte, eso está bien...pero si quieres pasear o salir de noche está mal ubicado para ir andando. Solo volvería por el personal

Nuestra experiencia en el Sun Palace Albir & Spa ha sido buena en términos generales.
La comida y los desayunos nos parecieron muy buenos, variados y con cambios cada día, algo que se agradece mucho. Los camareros fueron súper atentos, agradables y siempre pendientes.
También disfrutamos de la piscina y de las actividades. La animadora que llevaba el karaoke y el aquagym era especialmente maja, cercana y agradable. El servicio de limpieza también nos pareció muy bueno.
En recepción queremos destacar especialmente a Alyana y Aitor, siempre muy predispuestos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar.
El hotel en sí nos ha parecido un cuatro estrellas muy aceptable y hemos estado a gusto.
La única pega importante, y por la que probablemente no repetiríamos, es la ubicación. El hotel está bastante alejado de la playa y, sobre todo, en una zona con muchísima cuesta. Desde la playa —que además es de piedras— hay que subir aproximadamente unas diez calles y la pendiente se hace bastante incómoda.
El hotel dispone de una furgoneta que lleva y recoge huéspedes de la playa, pero tiene horarios bastante espaciados, aproximadamente cada una o dos horas, y hay que avisar en recepción con una media hora de antelación. El servicio funciona hasta las 22:00. Para nosotros resulta poco práctico y condiciona bastante los desplazamientos.
En resumen: buena comida, personal excelente, limpieza, piscina y servicios muy correctos. Una estancia agradable y un hotel recomendable si no os supone un problema la ubicación y las fuertes cuestas.
El mantenimiento . La puerta del baño de la habitación 230 no cierra y no hay gel de baño en las habitaciones.

Las instalaciones muy bien, la comida del buffet muy buena y variada y el personal muy atento y amable. Nos gustó mucho el servicio de la furgoneta para bajar a la playa.
Nos encantó el circuito del Spa que entraba en la promoción, la piscina espectacular, sauna, chorros etc...lo disfrutamos mucho.
The pool is nice, but there aren’t enough loungers and the ones that are there are usually occupied with towels almost all day, even though there are signs saying you can’t reserve loungers (I don’t think anyone enforces this). At breakfast you could already see some loungers taken, and when we went there wasn’t even anywhere to leave our clothes. As for the entertainment, apart from two days (a flamenco show and a singer), the entertainer just played music and didn’t interact with the audience, so nobody got up to dance and nobody sang at karaoke… there was a lack of encouragement for people to join in… it was a bit boring.
La piscina está bien, pero no hay suficientes hamacas y las que hay normalmente están casi todo el dia ocupadas con las toallas, aunque hay letreros que ponen que no se puede reservar hamacas (creo que nadie regula esta situación)..en el desayuno ya podías ver que estaban algunas ocupadas y cuando íbamos no había sitio ni siquiera para poder dejar la ropa. En el tema de animación salvo dos días (show flamenco y un cantante) el animador se limitaba a poner música y no interactuaba con el público por lo que nadie salía a bailar ni salió nadie a cantar en el karaoke...faltó que animara un poco a la gente...un poco aburrido.
