Coges pensión completa pensando que ya vas con todo pagado, pero para mi sorpresa cuando llegas allí, no incluye la bebida, una botella de agua pequeña y una copa de cerveza 6€. Añadir, que los horarios de cena eran extremos, de siete y media a nueve y media… en qué momento. Por otro lado, el spa no merece la pena, una piscina con dos chorros, una de las camas de masaje no iba, la cama de calor tampoco funcionaban 2, los chorros de agua fría tampoco, otra sala que había tampoco funcionaba. Por otro lado, los masajes, que se contratan aparte, lo teníamos a las 11, nos cogieron 11:03 y hasta las 11:10 no empezaron el masaje, a las 11:25 había terminado el masaje, habíamos contratado 25 minutos de masaje los cuales no se realizaron.
Las habitaciones estaban viejas, las paredes sucias y las almohadas manchadas. No estaban insonorizadas, se escuchaba todo, portazos de las puertas, de los armarios, gente hablando … podría seguir nombrando …

Lo negativo en este hotel poca cantidad de comida poca variedad calidadd de la comida nefasta deja mucho que desear honestamente por ser un cuatro estrellas más sorprendido deberían mejorar la comida yo tenía pensión completa y dos de ellas no los he utilizado una pena deberían mejorarlo informe de la en la recepción de ello

Tanto las habitaciones como el hotel en general está en buenas condiciones de limpieza. Por otro lado en las fechas que fuimos encontramos fácil aparcamiento en la calle al lado de la entrada
The "Full Board" option is not really full as drinks are not included and must be paid for separately at a quite high price. The food quality is just average with very little variety (you would find the same potatoes or chicken from lunch again at dinner). On the other hand, the spa is disappointing, with very few facilities and half of them not working. After 40 minutes, the staff rushed to inform us abruptly that we had 5 minutes left. By the way, at the reception, we were told that the spa was not included, but after complaining, they finally confirmed that it was.
La llamada “pensión completa” no es tal ya que las bebidas no están incluidas y se pagan aparte a un precio bastante elevado. La calidad de la comida es simplemente correcta pero con poquísima variedad (las patatas o el pollo de la comida te los encontrabas de nuevo en la cena). Por otro lado el spa es decepcionante, no tiene casi nada y lo poco que tiene la mitad no funciona. Cuando llevábamos 40 minutos la empleada se apresuró a decirnos de forma seca que nos quedaban 5 minutos. Por cierto, en recepción nos dijeron que el spa no estaba incluido y después de reclamar nos dijeron al final que si.
