Perfect hotel, perfect location, good food and animation in the evenings. Close to market, restaurants, see, castle, walking paths. A lot of Halloween decors in the hotel common space and activities! We liked there! Would like to return!

We came from Barcelona for a mini break and were so happy. The room was amazing! I was slighly worried when I saw we were on the first floor with a bar close-by but we heard NOTHING. The balcony was super and it was amazing to see the world walk by. Hardly any cars on the road and no noises from the bar. The room was spacious and all was super clean. The food was super too. A good variation and lots fresh fish and meats next to vegetarian dishes. They really made a fantastic buffet for al to enjoy with daily variations. Lots of fruit/cake/sweets/ creams for dessert if you have any space left. Breakfast was the same with pretty much all nationalities choices of breakfast available. The staff were all lovely. From the girls on the room floor to the reception and from the chefs to the people helping in the dining room. Mercedes (meercellig) was always cheery and wishing us good morning/ evening what makes such a difference. If het Teamleader reads this then I think you should reward her employee of the month with a extra paid day of or something.
TIP: bring a beach/pool towel or sheet as they don’t provide these.

The hotel does not have the quality of a 4-star establishment. The quadruple rooms are the same as the doubles, with the difference that a sofa bed is opened for two children. The room is so small that there is hardly any space to move around, line astern, at most one behind another. A pram won’t even fit; we couldn’t take it out of the car. Most of the rooms overlook the interior part of the hotel, which is in a quite lamentable state. If you are given a first floor room, you have neither privacy nor light, because it faces directly opposite the first room of the other building of the hotel and you can almost shake hands with your neighbour opposite. We were given another room, which also faced the internal area, where two enormous air-conditioning units were placed, making an awful racket day and night, so the balcony could not be kept open at any time. The pool... desolate, very, very small, with a high wall on one side and a poor artificial lawn. The meal times... they do not adhere to them, they start clearing breakfasts and dinners half an hour before the buffet access time established.

La habitación es tan pequeña que no queda apenas espacio para moverte por la misma, en fila india, como mucho, uno detrás de otro. Un carro ni entra, no lo pudimos sacar del coche. La mayor parte de habitaciones dan como a la parte interna del hotel, que está en un estado bastante lamentable. Si te dan un primero, no tienes ni intimidad, ni luz, porque da justo enfrente al primero del otro edificio del hotel y casi te puedes dar la mano con tu vecino de enfrente. Nos dieron otra habitación, que daba a la zona interna también, donde estaban colocados dos aparatos enormes de aire acondicionado que hacían un estruendo horroroso durante el día y la noche, por lo que no se podía tener el balcón de la habitación abierto en ningún momento. La piscina... desoladora, muy muy pequeña,con un paredón alto por una lado y un césped artificial de los malos. Los horarios de las comidas... no los cumplen, empiezan a recoger en los desayunos y las cenas media hora antes de la hora de entrada al buffet establecida.
