Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

Everything is Great, value for the money. Variety food during breakfast and dinner. Nice big terrace.
Maybe should be open another one entrance of the complex. Is a big complex and if you stay on the other side, you need quite to walk till the entrance. Everything else is great

Las instalaciones están muy bien, tres piscinas, tenis, mini golf, campo de futbol... Los apartamentos con lo necesario, muy correcto. Camas cómodas y muy tranquilo.

The window of my bedroom (double), overlooked a passageway and if I had the blinds open all the people passing by could see me. I had to close the curtain and it was very hot that way. Little privacy in my room.
La ventana de mi habitación (matrimonio), daba a una zona de paso y si tenia las persianas abiertas toda la gente que pasaba me podia ver. Tenia que cerrar la cortina i pasaba mucho calor así. Poca privacidad en mi habitación.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien. Es amplio. El buffet estaba rico aunque no había mucha variedad (era pequeñito). Pero la estancia fue muy agradable. Hay mucho aparcamiento fuera del apartamento por lo que se aparca con mucha facilidad.
The apartments do not have air conditioning. In the morning the sun starts to shine and if the apartment is closed it is very hot. But as soon as you open the apartment it is cool and at night there is no need.
Los apartamentos no tienen aire acondicionado. A partir de por la mañana empieza a dar el sol y si está cerrado el apartamento hace mucho calor. Pero en cuanto abres se está fresquito y por la noche no hace falta.

The room had no air conditioning! In the middle of August we couldn't sleep because it was so hot! At the reception we were told to pay 100 euros to have the air conditioning for 4 days! Crazy!

La comida, los precios de las bebidas y la atención del personal.
We were not informed that to have an air-conditioned room we had to pay more (in buscounchollo). Or "rent" a penguin from 60€ per day...in 2021 it seems surreal to me that you have to pay supplements for air conditioning. And above all, that the offer does not put this information!
No nos han informado de que para tener habitación con aire acondicionado había que pagar más (en buscounchollo). O “alquilar” un pingüino desde 60€ al día…en el 2021 me parece surrealista que se tengan que pagar suplementos por aire acondicionado. Y sobretodo, que en la oferta no pongan esa información!!
