Located in the coastal town of Tossa de Mar on the Costa Brava in the province of Girona.
The Hotel Tossamar 4 * has 24 hour reception, so they can assist you whenever you need it, air conditioning and heating. They also have wifi connection, two outdoor swimming pools, one of them with solarium and the other with jacuzzi and terrace, great!
You can unwind in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, the hotel consists of a main building and an annex in which the different rooms are distributed.
And if you were thinking of staying with your pet, great! The hotel allows access to the furry ones :)
The simply decorated rooms have 2 single beds or 1 double bed, air conditioning, heating, TV, telephone, desk, safe (extra charge) and bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer and amenities.
The Grande beach is only 300 meters from the hotel. In addition, near the hotel, you will find places of interest such as Tossa de Mar Castle and Tossa de Mar Lighthouse. Attractions in this area include Cala Canyelles.
We recommend visiting nearby tourist towns such as Lloret de Mar, Blanes or Malgrat de Mar.

Good location, updated rooms and good bed and air conditioning. Quiet hotel as it is small and has only a few rooms and guests.
Buena localización, habitaciones actualizadas y buena cama y climatización. Hotel tranquilo al ser pequeño y disponer de picas habitación y huéspedes.
The staff is not very involved, some of them are even a bunch of rapscallions. I do not know if it is due to lack of salary, or lack of involvement of superiors or owners of the hotel.
Personal poco implicado, alguno hasta pasotas. Desconozco si es por falta de salario, o falta de implicación de los superiores o dueños del hotel.

Good location, but it gave the impression that the hotel was running at half throttle.
I think it does not correspond to a 4 star hotel, neither for the facilities nor for the food.
Buena ubicación, pero daba la impresión de funcionar el hotel a medio gas.
Opino que no corrresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas, ni por las instalaciones ni por la comida.

The best thing was the treatment of the staff, all very nice.
The room was good, big bed, fridge, air conditioning and terrace.
There is an osmosis water fountain.
With the all inclusive you don't have to worry about the prices of drinks. The bar and restaurant staff were very attentive.
Food: option of plancha al momento
Lo mejor fue el trato del personal, todos muy agradables.
La habitación estuvo bien, cama grande, con nevera, aire acondicionado y terraza.
Hay una fuente de agua osmotizada.
Con el todo incluido no te has de preocupar por los precios de las bebidas. El personal del bar y restauración muy atentos.
Comida: opción de plancha al momento
All-inclusive: the schedule of the offer does not match the establishment's schedule. No pina colada. Snacks were scarce: potato chips and sandwiches.
Room: needed some maintenance (shower, TV remote control did not allow access to Netflix, change of sheets visibly stained upon arrival despite being clean).
Food: little variety. One of the days both the drinks and the food were not in good condition (sour stuffed chicken, pineapple with plastic film taste, house wine with bad smell and taste...).
Parking: excessive price. We parked 5 minutes away for 10€ per day. We were asked for 30
Todo incluido: no concuerda el horario de la oferta con el del establecimiento. No tienen piña colada. Snacks escasos: patatas fritas bolsa y bocadillos.
Habitación: necesitaba algún que otro mantenimiento ( ducha, mando de la tele no permitía entrar en Netflix, cambio de sábanas visiblemente manchadas a nuestra llegada pese a estar limpias )
Comida: poca variedad. Uno de los días tanto la bebida como la comida no estaba en buen estado ( pollo relleno agrio, piña con sabor a film plástico, vino de la casa con mal olor y sabor..)
Parquing: precio excesivo. Aparcamos a 5min por 10€ el día. Nos pedían 30

They have the option of a shower next to the pool. The attention of the reception staff is very funny and friendly. In the bathroom of the room they give a sewing kit, cottons, rubber band and more, it is super good to save the trouble.
Que tengan la opción de ducha al lado de la piscina. La atención del personal de recepción la verdad que muy graciosos y simpáticos. En el baño de la habitación que den un kit de costura, algodones, coletero y de más, está súper bien para salvar del apuro.
They don't have colacao, even though the coffees were also a good option. The only thing that was missing was another type of milk for those who want skimmed or lactose free, and that the meals have a card of what it is and the ingredients for those who have allergies. Even so the buffet is quite good and tasty.
Que no tengan colacao, aún que los cafés también eran buena opción. Lo único que si hacía en falta otro tipo de leche para los que quieren desnatada o sin lactosa, y que las comidas tengan tarjeta de lo que es y los ingredientes por quien tenga alergias. Aún así el buffet está bastante bien y rico.

The location is fantastic, in the center of Tossa, 3 minutes from the beach.
La ubicació és fantàstica, al centre de Tossa, a 3 minuts de la platja.
El personal de l'hotel ens ens regatejava el preu de l'aparcament de l'hotel i no ens el volia llogar si només agafavem una nit. Very unprofessional.

The location of the hotel is good, close to the beach. Hotel very well kept, clean rooms and comfortable bed.

We chose the All Inclusive and it was a big mistake, the snacks consisted of a small vol of chips white brand. The food was of very poor quality as were the drinks. The staff was attentive but lacked professionalism, they do what they can. It is a real shame because the hotel facilities are very good but the value for money does not correspond at all.
Elegimos el Todo Incluido y fue un gran error, los snacks consistían en un pequeño vol de patatas fritas marca blanca. La comida de muy pésima calidad al igual que las bebidas. El personal atento aunque les falta profesionalidad, hacen lo que pueden. Es una auténtica pena porque las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien pero la relación calidad precio no se corresponde en absoluto.

The chaos in the food, the last time to eat was 15:15 at 14:45 if the food is finished unless you order several times and saying that the time is not, in the end you put it but being behind all the time.
