8 Nadia Travelled with  friends April 2025 The staff was charming. The breakfasts were very good. Inexpensive parking. Lots of facilities inside the building.
El personal era encantador,. Los desayunos eran muy buenos. Tiene aparcamiento económico. Muchas instalaciones dentro del edificio.
Due to the strike, the rooms were not cleaned every day and the towels were not changed. The hotel does not allow picnics to be taken outside at lunchtime.

8 David Travelled with family April 2025 The food is quite good. Large rooms
La comida bastante bien. Las habitaciones grandes
The worst part of the trip was the flights, you lose two full days. The airport on top is far from the accommodation, it is located in the north and the airport puts you in the south...

5.3 Miguel Travelled with couple April 2025 I enjoyed it all but disappointed by the little info. I didn't know much about Tenerife and it turns out that the flight was for the south and the hotel for the north. The cab cost me 150 euros

2.7 Oscar Travelled with family September 2023 Ideal to spend a Halloween, it's scary.... DO NOT BE FOOLED, face washed but crappy, the corridors are missing a girl on a tricycle to be terrifying, Thanks to Buscounchollo and especially Adei for the efforts despite not having been able to get us out of there, the published images do not correspond to reality, The pictures published do not correspond to reality, you can see a certain abandonment as it is a huge hotel, which recently opened would be beautiful, but now leaves something to be desired despite the fact that they put pretty pictures, and do not show you the harsh reality, the change of room by the hotel is appreciated.and the receptionists are very nice
The food...not bad, but the breakfast was decent, very English, we already know how they eat.... The rooms, clean and decent bathroom if you are lucky, but the sofa bed is deadly, with 8 cm 'mattress' that makes the floor is ideal, the common areas are to run away, as you arrive you get the laundry with a washing machine in the street and a black and rusty lattice, rooms with nice views if you're lucky, very lucky....12000 meters of dry areas and those of passage something more careful, but do not expect a paradise, the access or you do it by car or you are sold and it is not a hotel where you want to spend the day agusto.... the Adams family would ask for a change of hotel also...I REPEAT, DO NOT BE Deceived....

Personal exquisito.
The confirmation of flights very close to the departure time, which caused inconveniences to book parking at the airport.
