About the Board Basis
- If you book Half Board, you can choose whether you want dinner or lunch. Bear in mind that this decision will be for the entire stay, and that you will not be able to alternate between dinner and lunch.
- If you book Full Board, you will be able to choose what you want to start with depending on your arrival time.
- That is, if you arrive between 13:00h and 14:30h, you can start with lunch and finish with breakfast.
- On the other hand, if you arrive after 14:30h, your first entrance to the restaurant will be for dinner. Dinner is served from 19:30hh to 21:30h.
- Thus, on the last day, you will have to check out before 11:00h, but you will be able to stay at the hotel until after lunch.

Child from 2 to 11 years old: 1st and 2nd child benefit from a 30% discount (always accompanied by 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate in the same room). Children will sleep in single beds in case of choosing the quadruple room.
- Maximum capacity per room: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children per room.
- Children will sleep in additional beds of 90 x 190 in case of choosing the quadruple room.

Single room surcharge: The single room surcharge for this deal is 100%, i.e. the same price as for a double room.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.

Nos alojaron en una habitación cuatro estrellas aunque teníamos reservada una de tres. El personal maravilloso, tanto en recepción como en la sala, hicimos uso del spa que está también muy bien, estuvimos prácticamente solos.
Las piscinas estupendas, nosotros íbamos a la de más de 18 años para leer tranquilamente pero en la otra también se estaba bien

Las habitaciones muy viejas, poca limpieza, llegamos a la habitación y no teníamos gel de baño, lo pedimos 3 veces desde las 1 1:00 de la mañana que llegamos y hasta las 22:30 de la noche que lo pedí enfadada no nos lo dieron. Lo peor fué cuando viene la de la limpieza y me dice que no tiene llave del dosificador para rellenar el jabón, lo rellené yo desenroscando como pude. No volvería jamás, no me ha gustado nada.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not working properly, it was very hot and it was not comfortable. Also, it is worth mentioning that there are very few public toilets to use when you are not in the room, only one per building; when you are at the pool, you have to go inside the hotel to use the bathroom.
El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no funcionaba bien, hacía mucha calor y no se estaba agusto.
También comentar que tiene muy pocos lavabos públicos para usar cuando no estás en la habitación, tan solo uno por edificio, cuando estás en la piscina tienes que ir dentro del hotel para ir al baño.

The downside is that the last two nights the hotel received a large group of teenagers who made a lot of noise in the hallways and in the restaurant.. in my opinion, this goes against the message and the type of service of the slow travel hotel and respecting the silence.. we have paid a lot more for it being a long weekend and the hotel being full and I did not like this.

Hotel supertranquilo, no es only adults, pero como no hay actividades para niños apenas hay familias. Las piscinas están muy bien, una es para todos los públicos, la otra es para mayores de 18 años. Las actividades nos gustaron mucho, Fit Yoga, Yoga Facial, meditación, pranayama, Tai chi...
La comida nos gustó mucho, muchas opciones vegetarianas, pocos fritos y rebozados. Los postres muy buenos, no los típicos pastelitos industriales de otros hoteles de costa.
El personal muy amable y atento. Beatriz y Laura, las profes de yoga muy majas y profesionales.
La habitación, en la zona de res estrellas, correcta, un poco anticuado y pequeño, pero estaba todo limpio.
Seguro que repetiremos.
To put some inconvenience, the third bed in the room was a rollaway bed and my 17-year-old daughter's feet were sticking out because they are small. The drinks at the bar are expensive.

El hotel ha estado bien, el personal es muy atento. Destacar los chicos del bar y del Buffet.
The rooms had no insulation, and we had a bad time because of the same situation, also one of the towels had hairs (disgusting), but they did change it for me.
Las habitaciones no tenían aislamiento y pasamos una mala por la misma situación, también unas de las toallas tenía pelos (que asco), pero ciertamente me hicieron el cambio de la misma.
