Se fuma en cualquier lugar del hotel. No hay ni un solo cartel de la ley antitabaco. Pero si muchos de prohibido aparcar.
Deberíais de plantearos no volver a contratar con el hotel. No cumple la ley.

La zona de la piscina también estaba muy bien
Dinner is available until 9:30 but at 8:45 they stop serving meals.
The rooms are separated by a door and there is no soundproofing.
El horario de la cena es hasta las 9.30 pero a las 8.45 dejan de reponer comidas.

Lo mejor del alojamiento, sus trabajadores, todos muy amables y muy atentos
In general, the price-performance ratio was well below what I expected. For an all-inclusive even though it has 3 stars, the facilities, the shows, the menus, the pillows and some mattresses could be improved. And the fact that there is no picnic option for guests (as in my case) who had to leave before they opened the dining room for breakfast, seems very bad to me.
En general relación precio muy por debajo de lo que me esperaba. Para ser un todo incluido aunque tenga 3 estrellas se podrían mejorar las instalaciones, los shows, los menús, las almohadas y algunos colchones creo que podrían renovarlos ya. Y eso de que no tenga opción de hacer picnics para los clientes (como en mi caso) que tuvimos que irnos antes de que abrieran el comedor para desayunar, me parece muy mal.

Iba con las expectativas bajas, ya que, vi bastantes comentarios negativos en las reseñas de Google. Pero me lleve una sorpresa para bien, no se, si fue casualidad o que la gente exagera demasiado, pero la comida buenísima, un lugar tranquilo, ubicación preciosa justo al lado de la playa y sobre todo el personal que trabaja allí son maravillosos, las habitaciones es verdad que están un poco anticuadas pero tienen como una mini terraza/porche y unos ventanales grandes que entra mucha luz
The only two negative points I can find: the beds and pillows are a bit uncomfortable and that you have to walk more or less depending on the room you get, since it is like a resort (although they provide a free cab to and from) the cab staff is very nice.

i que les habitacions siguin petites cases per no trencar el entorn i paisatge natural amb una estructura amb un edifici de grans dimensions.
no tenir un espai per poder aparcar els clients de l'hotel, ja que el espai del pàrquing i zona d'aparcament també fan us persones que van a passar dia a la platja i això fa impossible voler aparcar al migdia.
els animadors es dirigeixen majorment en angles, poques vegades fan traducció al castellà.

El trato simpático y agradable del personal del hotel,si tenías algún problema intentaban solucionarlo lo más rápido posible,la comida era de buffet y la verdad estaba excelente,por la noche hacían espectaculos la es que estuvimos a gusto

Tuve problemas con la chica de recepción por q yo tenia contratado entrada directa a la habitación a la hora q llegase, y la chica de recepción me dijo de muy malas maneras q no tenia acceso, la dije q lo dejara y de muy malos modales continuo con el tono elevado y delante de toda la gente q estaba en la recepción esperando.
Hable con vosotros y solucionasteis el problema, nadie se disculpo por la situación tan incomoda q pase.
