It was really great stay, we liked pool area, food was nice and fresh, distance to the beach and promenade was really handy, hotel is clean and staff nice and helpful

I would improve the car park situation. It’s impossible to park in the area. There is a car park (check rates at reception) nearby but it’s excessively expensive. The hotel offers car park for €20 per day. Quite pricey, and there wasn’t even a space when we arrived.

The buffet hours are too strict — when you’re on holiday you’re not supposed to have to get up early. For example, dinner finishing at 22:00 is too early for me; it should be at least 23:00h. Breakfast should be until 11:00 instead of 10:00, and lunch until 16:00. The pool closes very early for mid-August — 19:30h is far too early; 20:30 would be better. Another issue for those of us on All-Inclusive is that we get narrow highball glasses, while paying guests are given wide glasses. The pool surface is dangerous — you slip all the time and I hurt my foot; something should be done about the flooring. One more thing that doesn’t make sense is charging the same as three nights if you want to extend by one night.
Los horarios del buffet,se supone q cuando vas de vacaciones no es para madrugar y para mí los horarios son demasiado extristos,por ejemplo la cena q la última hora sea a las 22:00 para mí esa hora es muy temprano que mínimo q a las 23:00 y el desayuno a las 11:00 en vez de a las 10:00 y la comida asta las 16:00 y la piscina la cierran muy temprano para estar en pleno agosto a las 19:00 es super temprano una hora q estaría bien sería 20:30,otra cosa para los q vamos con el todo incluido los vasos de tubo son una mierda mientras los q pagan les ponen el vaso ancho,la piscina es horrible andar por ella te resbalas todo el rato yo me hice daño en el pie,deberían de hacer algo con ese suelo,otra cosa q no me parece lógica es q si quieres aumentar alguna noche te cobren lo mismo q por tres noches

Los cócteles no entraban en el todo incluido y yo embarazadas no pude tomar nada de alcohol ni cafeína y no tenían nada más que zumos y Fanta nada de cóctel sin alcohol entraba. La piscina se le queda pequeña al hotel, las hamacas todas cogidas desde las 8 de la mañana o antes, y lo único que se les ocurre hacer es que partir de las 10 ponen un papelito que no se puede reservar y a las 11 retiran las toallas pero eso se debe hacer antes o los que limpian la piscina cuando vean a los que van a reservar decirle que está prohibido reservar. El último día nos quitaron el cartel de la habitación y no nos la hicieron. El hotel tiene un paseo hasta la playa está en tercera linea por lo menos, muchas escaleras hasta llegar a la playa. La comida del buffet deja que desear para un 4 estrellas muy repetitiva siempre había hamburguesas, perritos, patatas fritas y pastas ese estante está siempre siempre tanto por la noche como por al medio dia. Los postres siempre tartas de bizcochos muy raros arro con leche y de fruta siempre manzanas, paraguayos y naztarinas cosa que es temporada de sandía y melón y lo ponían a cuenta gotas. Todos los días había paella bien mixta o de cerdo y al día siguiente por la noche fideuá. Osea que para mí gusto muy repetitiva la comida
