Hotel cuidado, habitaciones grandes y con neverita. Camas cómodas y todo limpio, cambio de toallas diario. Nunca faltó papel higiénico y si había algún problema se solicitaba a mantenimiento y venían rápido a ajustar alcachofa o raíles armarios. El personal de comedores, bares y animación súper agradables, serviciales y rápidos, al igual que el servicio de recepción y limpieza un 10 para todos. La comida bien, me gustó que a diferencia en otros que he estado había pescado todos los días y pescados de calidad como rape, cazón, salmón, merluza, boquerones. En general la relación calidad precio es estupenda.

For a beach hotel, carpeted floors don't seem very appropriate. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I asked for a needle and thread because a garment tore and they didn't have any.

El agua que llega a las habitaciones donde yo estuve es casi un chorro. Para una familia de 4 miembros, p.e., necesitan casi un par de horas para asearse después de la piscina y/o playa.
Me preguntó donde están las reformas que también tienen anunciado (hace unos pocos años estuve en el mismo hotel y prácticamente no percibo reformas alguna. Incluso me atrevo a decir que el agua que llegaba a la quinta planta que es donde me afloje entraba sin fuerzas por las tuberías.
Y, ya dejo está crítica porque necesitaría mucho espacio y tiempo para rellenarlo todo.
Como he dicho, lo único salvable el personal y para ello no todo...
Por supuesto que dudo mucho que vuelva a ese hotel. Tal vez si a la zona pero el hotel, como mucho tres estrellas y la última estrellada
