Buenas camas y linda playa.
The food was bad and there was no coffee maker in the rooms. It is advertised as 4 stars but is actually a 2-star hotel.

En general ha estado bastante bien. La relación calidad precio es satisfactoria. Nos dieron una habitación muy amplia al ser 2 adultos y 2 niños, además con vistas a la piscina y al mar. Del Todo incluido valoro positivamente lo del depósito de un euro por el vaso, así cuando devolvías el vaso recuperabas tu euro, mirando por el medio ambiente y un menor desperdicio. El personal muy amable y siempre intentando ayudar en todo. La zona ajardinada muy bonita, con mucha vegetación y sombra. En líneas generales ha estado bien pero con algunas cosillas a mejorar.
The hotel is not considered a 4-star, more like a 3-star. The all-inclusive is a bit basic, very little variety to choose from during snack time, and the same every day. The entertainment is another weak point of the hotel, very little entertainment. The pool is open from 10:00 to 19:30h, I think it would be better until 20:00, more similar to the rest of the hotels. They have a show from 22:00 to 23:00h and then close the pool bar at 23:30, so not much time to enjoy.
El hotel no considero que sea un 4 estrellas, se queda más bien en 3 estrellas. El todo incluido es un poco justo, la hora de los snacks hay muy poca variedad a elegir y todos los días igual. La animación es otro punto débil del hotel, muy poca animación. La piscina está abierta desde las 10:00 hasta las 19:00, creo que sería mejor hasta las 20:00, más parecido al resto de hoteles. Hacen un show de 22:00 a 23:00 y después, cierran el bar de la piscina a las 23:30, por lo que, poco rato para disfrutar.

Hemos disfrutado de unos días muy tranquilos en este hotel. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, están limpias y las camas son muy cómodas para tener un buen descanso. El personal es muy amable y atento, recogen rápido las solicitudes para atenderlas satisfactoriamente.
The hotel does not have a varied and quality meal plan, we had to go out to eat/dine several times despite having an All-Inclusive plan. In addition, the hotel has many stairs with limited alternatives for accessibility, especially in our case as we were with elderly people and baby strollers, which led to long waits to be able to take the elevator and go down to the dining room. Finally, the hotel's location to the beach is 600 metres full of slopes and steps, and the same applies to go to the center of Torremolinos.
El hotel no tiene un régimen de comida variado y de calidad, tuvimos que ir en varias ocasiones a comer/cenar fuera del hotel a pesar de tener régimen Todo Incluido. Además, el hotel tiene muchas escaleras con alternativas escasas para la accesibilidad especialmente en nuestro caso que íbamos con personas mayores y carritos para bebés, lo qué hizo largas esperas para poder coger el ascensor y poder bajar a comedor. En última estancia, la ubicación del hotel a la playa es de 600 metros llenos de cuestas y escalones e igualmente para ir al centro de Torremolinos.

We booked the hotel with Travel Industry for some rest and found the hotel with over 100 children from a soccer championship staying there.
Impossible to rest with the voices and running, impossible to use the dining room with everyone running around and putting their hands in the food, impossible to use the pool because it was full of these children playing and shouting.
Our holiday is ruined, they could have warned us about this and we would have avoided going and ruining our holiday .

De lo que más he disfrutado a sido de la habitación,comedor,piscina….
Under my point of view, I would improve the meal times, and the pool schedule since they close it very early.
They should restock machines and equipment for the gym since there are hardly any and some are out of order.
