There’s nothing worse, maybe just one middle-aged employee at the pool bar who is quite unfriendly, while the others are all lovely. The food can get a bit repetitive at times, but the themed nights—Arab, Asian, Mediterranean, with barbecue—make up for it. Also, they’re always restocking and there’s plenty of variety. For my taste, I’d like to see more good quality fish. Also, keep in mind that car park is limited, costs 20 euros and isn’t always available. La comida quizás a veces es repetitiva pero lo salva las noches temáticas,árabes ,asiáticas , mediterránea,con barbacoa... además siempre están reponiendo y hay de todo ...para mí gusto quizás deben de meter más pescado de calidad. Y a tener en cuenta que el aparcamiento es escaso ,cuesta 20 euros y no siempre hay ,en mi caso lo llevé al parking más cercano y fue mucho más caro.

On the first day, as soon as we arrived, we reported that the air conditioning was making an unbearable noise. They moved us the next day around midday to a smaller and older room, which didn’t seem like the right way to resolve the issue. The cleaning was very superficial; the bathroom floor was sticky and stayed that way all week. The sheets were not changed at all during our entire stay. The evening entertainment was organised by the same staff as during the day, and there were only shows on two nights. They knocked on the door and, even though we said they couldn’t come in, they entered the room all the same.

The food was varied and good. There was entertainment every night for all ages. Everything was excellent.
