El hotel ofrece una experiencia muy agradable. El personal es atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y muy amable, además de recibir a los huéspedes con una sonrisa en todo momento, lo que genera un ambiente cálido y acogedor. En general, la estadía resulta cómoda y satisfactoria, con un servicio que se distingue por la hospitalidad de su equipo.
La mesa de snacks podría mejorar en variedad y presentación, ya que actualmente resulta un poco repetitiva y poco atractiva. En un servicio todo incluido se espera mayor diversidad y propuestas más llamativas que inviten a probar. Sería un gran detalle ofrecer opciones distintas que sorprendan al huésped y enriquezcan la experiencia.

Me ha gustado la decoración del hotel y la habitación.
El personal muy atento y agradable la verdad.
The food wasn't bad but very repetitive, almost always the same. Although it was tasty, that's for sure.
The location in relation to the beach required going by car or free bus, yes, and to go to other places without a car was complicated.
The worst part was the meal schedule, we were stressed all day, everything was very much geared towards foreign tourists, as everything was in English.
La comida no estaba mal pero muy repetitiva,siempre prácticamente lo mismo.Aunque estaba rico eso sí.
La ubicación con respecto a la playa había que ir en coche o bus gratuito eso sí y para ir a otros sitios sin coche complicado.
Lo peor el horario de las comidas,estábamos todo el día estresado,todo muy pensado para el turista extranjero,ya que estaba todo en inglés.

I would improve the schedule for breakfast and meals as it is more geared towards foreigners. And I would change the bathtub in the room for a shower.
Mejoraría el horario de los desayunos y comidas está pensado más para los extranjeros.
Y de la habitación cambiaría la bañera por ducha.

La limpieza impecable y el personal la mayoría super agradables y muy trabajadores, especial mención a Fabián y a Mel , auténticas máquinas
Lo que más nos ha gustado...la comida, sabrosa y la variedad de postres y helados.
Un hotel que nada tiene que envidiar a muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas
The distance to the beach, somewhat far away, it's true that there is a bus stop right in front. The nearest beach, located in Cala Bona,, is not worth it. Having all the activities in English and German... makes you feel a little out of place.
La distancia a la playa, un tanto retirado, es verdad que hay parada de autobús justo enfrente.
La playa mas cercana Cala Bona, no merece la pena.
Al tener todas las actividades en inglés y alemán...te hace sentir un poco fuera de lugar
