Recreational games don't work, you put money into the foosball and pool tables and the balls don't come out. You report it at reception, they tell us they will send maintenance and we are still waiting for them. The meats and fish they serve for dinner on the grill are not made at the moment, they leave them on plates and when you eat them they are cold. In our Half Board booking we have to pay for drinks, they don't even give us free water at dinner. The hotel is fine but it is located about 10 kilometres from Estepona, with difficulty in finding it because it is located in an urbanization in Benahavís which is another town bordering Estepona.
Los juegos recreativos no funcionan, pones el dinero en el futbolín y villares y no salen las bolas. Lo comunicas en recepción, nos dicen que van a enviar a los de mantenimiento y todavía estamos esperándolos. Las carnes y pescados que sirven en la cena a la plancha no los hacen en el momento, los dejan en platos y cuando los tomas estámn fríos. En nuestra reserva de media pensión tenemos que pagar las bebidas, no nos ponen ni agua gratis en la cena. El hotel está bien pero se encuentra a unos 10 kilómetros de Estepona, con dificultad para encontrarlo porque está localizado en una urbanización de Benahavís que es otro pueblo limítrofe con Estepona.

El hotel en general muy bueno. Las habitaciones muy grandes con la cama muy cómoda. Las instalaciones bien y la animación también bien.

La piscina cubierta no está climatizada que de cara a invierno creo que sería muy positivo. Lo peor del hotel fue el buffet. Reponian con poca frecuencia la comida aún bajando a primera hora por lo que te quedabas sin probar muchas cosas. Se le llamó la atención por parte del metre al personal porque a las 20.30 ya no había postres cuando el restaurante cierra a las 22.00 Otro dia sin pan para el desayuno a las 9 de la mañana cuando quedaba mas de una hora para el cierre. Muy mal este aspecto, leí comentarios así y creo que deberían de mejorarlo mucho.
