We came from Barcelona for a mini break and were so happy. The room was amazing! I was slighly worried when I saw we were on the first floor with a bar close-by but we heard NOTHING. The balcony was super and it was amazing to see the world walk by. Hardly any cars on the road and no noises from the bar. The room was spacious and all was super clean. The food was super too. A good variation and lots fresh fish and meats next to vegetarian dishes. They really made a fantastic buffet for al to enjoy with daily variations. Lots of fruit/cake/sweets/ creams for dessert if you have any space left. Breakfast was the same with pretty much all nationalities choices of breakfast available. The staff were all lovely. From the girls on the room floor to the reception and from the chefs to the people helping in the dining room. Mercedes (meercellig) was always cheery and wishing us good morning/ evening what makes such a difference. If het Teamleader reads this then I think you should reward her employee of the month with a extra paid day of or something.
TIP: bring a beach/pool towel or sheet as they don’t provide these.

Rooms were clean & recently refurbished. Food was good for all-inclusive. Staff were great.
There were a few niggles but for the price we paid I can't really complain.

Everything was perfect! Modern and clean rooms, delicious food, with wide variety of spanish and medditerrenean dishes, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is located near to the beach and city centre. Hopefully we can come back soon!

Maybe the fact that even though we paid for Full Board, we still had to pay for drinks. It is understood that if you book Full Board, it includes drinks. Water or wine, at the very least.

Mi estancia en el Hotel Don Juan Tossa no ha podido ser más perfecta. Desde el primer momento, el trato en recepción con Anna y Santi fue de 10: no se puede ser más amables ni transmitir tanta profesionalidad.
La animación merece una mención especial: Sara fantástica, siempre con energía y sonrisas; Holly, con su inglés impecable, consiguió que viviera una excursión totalmente inmersiva en el idioma; y Aurora no ha podido hacerme reír más, ¡pura alegría! La organización de los horarios y actividades es la más cuidada y perfecta que he visto en mucho tiempo. Se nota que las animadoras disfrutan de su trabajo, están cómodas, felices y contagian esa energía positiva. Gracias a ellas, la experiencia ha sido de 11 sobre 10.
La comida excelente, el servicio del bar aún más, la limpieza impecable y las instalaciones en estado perfecto. La piscina de la azotea es un lujo: con unas vistas únicas que no tienen comparación. Además, estar a solo 3 minutos de la playa es un detalle fantástico que lo hace aún más especial.
En resumen, una experiencia inolvidable en todos los sentidos. Sin duda, repetiré y lo recomendaré al 100%.

Hotel, a 3 minutos de la playa en una calle casi peatonal. Personal muy amable. Habitacionez y zonas comunes reformad. Comida muy variada con varios platos de placha. Piscina y zona de jyegks exterior.
