La comida, ubicación, personal del comedor y cocinero, en mi caso soy diabetica y me hizo un postre riquísimo.

El Personal de recepción había una señora rubia que no tiene empatía ninguna, el día de la llegada entrábamos con la cena y no quiso darnos la habitación a los familiares que llegamos antes por qué no comíamos ese día allí, se le rogó que de 6 habitaciónes que éramos solo se la diera a mi hermana recién operada con las dos niñas a las 14h de la tarde y nos lo negó. Al día siguiente la misma de recepción fui a pedirle ayuda por qué mi cuñado estaba en la cama sin poder levantarse y necesitaba ayuda médica y nos dijo que era algo privado que nos encargamos nosotros de llamar médico o lo que necesitáramos y no fue ni para decirnos dónde estaba el centro salud. Una persona con poca empatía...por ser educada.
