Located in the municipality of Santa Susanna, on the coast of Barcelona. Specifically between the towns of Pineda de Mar and Malgrat de Mar (Barcelona Coast). The hotel is right on the seafront of Santa Susanna, great! :-) Since you will be a step away from the beach.

The hotel has 24 hour reception, air conditioning and heating (depending on the season), free indoor and outdoor car park and free Wi-Fi.

They have a garden terrace with sun loungers by the outdoor pool (for the summer season).

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating (depending on the season), desk, telephone, television, safe (for a fee) and bathroom with shower or bathtub and hairdryer.

What I don't like is that they say it's a four star hotel and in reality it's a 3 star hotel and just the light was often out and the food at dinner was a shame depending on the section you arrived there was nothing everything was repetitive and there were only two hot dishes in the whole buffet.people with tuppers and then there was no food shameful I won't come back.

 2.9 Judith Travelled with family July 2024 The friendliness of the dining room staff and the maintenance guy. The food although little variety... was still good.
La amabilidad del personal del comedor y del chico de mantenimiento. La comida aunque poca variedad .. aún estaba buena.
The older lady at the front desk doesn't even know how to calculate the tourist tax with a calculator. She kept us for a long time and charged us twice and barely spoke Spanish. The treatment leaves much to be desired as well as another colleague of hers. The rooms are OLD AND DIRTY. Hair on the sheets, cigarettes on the floor? THE LIGHT WAS CONSTANTLY GOING OUT. We had to dine in the dark one night. The rest of the days you could not even plug in a hairdryer, the TV did not work, In other rooms there was no fridge or air conditioning. Shower only with cold water. There was an "incident in the pool" it was out of order for many hours. They solved it by pouring more chlorine .... And a long etc. Luckily they are going to close it in September AS IT IS AT THE MOMENT IT IS NOT FIT TO BE USED AS A HOTEL, NOT EVEN A 1 * HOTEL. I had to make a formal complaint to the hotel management. PLEASE DO NOT COME!!!
La Sra mayor del turno tarde de recepción no sabe ni calcular la tasa turística con calculadora. Nos tuvo un buen rato y nos cobró 2 veces y apenas habla español. El trato deja mucho que desear al igual que otra compañera suya. Las habitaciones ANTIGUAS Y SUCIAS. Pelos en las sabanas, cigarrilllo en el suelo… SE IVA LA LUZ CONSTANTEMENTE. tubimos que cenar a oscuras una noche . El resto de días no podías ni enchufar un secador,La tele no funcionaba , En otras habitaciones no había ni nevera ni aire acondicionado. Ducha solo con agua fría Hubo un “incidente en la piscina” estuvo muchas horas sin funcionar . Lo solventaron echando más cloro…. Y un largo etc Por suerte lo van a cerrar en septiembre COMO ESTÁ ACTUALMENTE NO ESTÁ EN CONDICIONES DE SER UTILIZADO COMO HOTEL NI SIQUIERA DE 1 *. Tuve que hacer queja formal a la dirección del hotel. POR FAVOR NO ACUDAN!!!

 4.4 Jordi Travelled with family July 2024 I did not like anything about the hotel, the only positive thing is the location, in front of the sea and in front of the train station, the only positive thing.
No me ha gustado nada del hotel, lo unico positivo que tiene es la ubicacion, en primera linea de mar y frente la estacion de tren lo unico positivo.
To begin with, the rooms where the air conditioning did not work, the fridge did not work, the TV looked like a tablet. The food is to denounce them, the level of the clientele was surreal, one day in the morning one crapped in the pool and the same day in the afternoon one vomited, level of clientele. The price although cheap is expensive for what it is, the excuse of the workers who gave you the reason in everything was that the hotel changed ownership and closed in October to do everything new and open at Easter 2025, but if you see that you can not give a minimum will not even have to have opened this year but take advantage of the summer to make cash. The bad thing is that most people who go there will not return for many works they do for the experience already makes you go to another hotel in the same area.
Para empezar, las habitaciones la que no funcionaba el aire, no funcionaba la nevera, la television parecia una tablet. La comida es para denunciarlos, el nivel de la clientela era surrealista, un dia por la mañana uno se cago en la piscina y el mismo dia or la tarde uno vomito, nivelazo de clientela. El precio aunque barato es caro para lo que es, la excusa de lostrabajadore uqee te daban la razon en todo era que el hotel q cambiado de dueño y cierran e octubre para hacerlo todo nuevo y abrir en Semana santa del 2025, pero si ves que no puedes dar un minimo no tendiran ni que haber abierto este año pero aprovechan el verano para hacer caja. Lo malo es que la mayoria que vaya no volvera por muchas obras que hagan por la experiencia ya te hace ir a otro hotel de la misma zona.

I have not been able to eat! The food was of very poor quality! Swimming pool dirty! I've gone to not cook or make bed and the bed at night 3 times I had to do it for not bringing bajera!!! Mattress I do not talk about it!!!!
