No mejorar, pero si un toque a la gente de la recepción ya que son un poco secos parecen robots, antes no era así, son mas simpáticos la gente de limpieza y camareros q siempre están con una sonrisa, mejoraría lo del albornoz antes lo dejaban en la habitación, ahora además parece un rodillo de cocina y no siquiera te preguntan la talla, yo estoy gordita y me faltaban 20 cm pa cerrarlo y tan siquiera se me juntaban las telas con lo cual iba en bañador por el hotel en fin ..note algo peor q otros años q había ido la verdad...

No es la primera vez que voy, ya llevo unas cuantas veces y la verdad que lo mejor es el trato de los trabajadores, sobre todo de Andrea, del Spa, es un cielo de persona y siempre tiene palabras bonitas y una sonrisa en la boca.
Cada vez que vamos van quitando más cosas. Por ejemplo, entiendo que tengan que controlar los albornoces, pero me dio la sensación de ladrona sin haber robado nunca nada, era más la ansiedad por devolver el albornoz para que no nos cobrasen los 90€ que el placer de estar en el hotel. Otras veces que hemos ido era un día de spa por cada día de alojamiento, ahora ya no, ahora es un día de spa por fin de semana completo. Normalmente para mejorar un negocio das no quitas.
