Teníamos contradas dos habitaciones, y nos las dieron delante mismo de la salida de extracciones del hotel hacia un ruido tremendo día y noche ,y no hubo forma de dormir, pedimos que nos las cambiarán pero nos dijeron que estaba todo lleno y no podían. Hemos viajado muchas veces con ustedes y siempre hemos quedado muy contentos,pero esta vez fatal!!!!

Que está en primera línea de playa y el hotel es muy grande. También tienen un spa con sauna, jacuzzi y piscina cubierta que es totalmente gratuito
The night entertainment is quite weak, not to say terrible. It leaves a lot to be desired. In the buffet there was not much variety and there were things that were not very well prepared for the number of people there (spaces to sit, juice machines, etc). In some things it does not seem like a 4 *. There were also quite a few things closed, such as the entertainment rooms, the pool bar, etc. were closed.
La animación nocturna es bastante floja, por no decir pésima. Deja bastante que desear. En el buffet no había mucha variedad y había cosas que no estaban muy bien preparadas para la cantidad de gente que había allí (espacios para sentarse, maquinas de zumo,etc). En algunas cosas no le parece un 4*. También había bastantes cosas cerradas como los salones de animación, el bar de la piscina etc estaban cerrados.

Las habitaciones muy amplias y luminosas y el servicio de limpieza perfecto. El buffet muy bueno y variado.
They evicted our rooms at 10 in the morning and removed our things without our permission while we were having breakfast. It's a shame because the overall experience was good, but something like this had never happened to us before. We had to go after the cleaning people to get our belongings back.
Nos desalojaron las habitaciones a las 10 de la mañana y retiraron nuestras cosas sin nuestro permiso mientras estábamos desayunado. Es una pena porque la experiencia en general fue buena,pero nunca nos había pasado algo así. Tuvimos que ir detrás de las personas de limpieza para recuperar nuestros enseres.
