The mystery behind the name (water that isn’t salty)
It’s called Aguadulce because fresh water springs emerge right by the seashore. In the past, sailors took advantage of these natural filtrations from the Sierra de Gádor to refill their drinking water supplies without having to sail far from the coast. -
The “Kilometre Zero” of Spanish tourism
Aguadulce is part of tourism history. In 1964 it was declared the first Centre of National Tourist Interest in Spain. In many ways, the modern sun-and-beach holiday model that we know today began right here. -

Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:

- Price: 12 €/night and pet + 25 € cleaning fee per complete stay

We stayed with only bed and breakfast. Room and hotel is clean. Did not use the pool or other facilities. The breakfast itself is fine
However the breakfast room it is not a Nice place to easy enjoy your breakfast. It is loud and crowded. It is my personal experience that I did not like this. Next time I would book without breakfast.

He de comentar que el grado de satisfacción ha sido bajo debido al trato por parte del recepcionista del hotel. Nosotros teníamos contratado pensión completa y no nos han permitido disfrutar del almuerzo el día de salida como tantas veces nos ha pasado y hemos salido completando la pensión completa al día siguiente. Este hombre nos ha hablado con prepotencia, nos ha dicho que había que saber leer, que en las normas lo pone, que no se recupera el almuerzo sino que se pierde.La tarde de llegada su compañera nos recibió y nos comentó que veníamos con PC y no nos destacó nada de que habíamos perdido una comida. Hemos intentado ser comprensivos y no ha podido ser, no ha querido actuar de buena fe y acceder a que pudiésemos almorzar allí que es lo que relamente habíamos contratado. Para eso habría reservsdo con media pensión.
