We stayed with only bed and breakfast. Room and hotel is clean. Did not use the pool or other facilities. The breakfast itself is fine
However the breakfast room it is not a Nice place to easy enjoy your breakfast. It is loud and crowded. It is my personal experience that I did not like this. Next time I would book without breakfast.

El domingo nos dijeron que la comida no la teníamos por qué por una norma suya la teníamos el viernes nosotros entramos el viernes a las 17:30 y nos avisaron de esa norma así que una comida que teníamos pagada se la ahorraron con el perjuicio para nosotros. Al reclamar la subdirectora nos trato de manera altiva y prepotente,así mismo era el trato del personal de cocina de muy malas maneras y muy poca simpatía hacia el cliente por todo eso le pusimos una reclamación

Mejoraría. El bufet ,porque cuando baja la entrada de residentes hay bastante menos variedad. Pero en general la comida muy buena.

El hotel está bien situado y las instalaciones son muy amplias y comodas
Entramos a las 7 de la tarde pues vivimos a 300km y el viernes trabajamos. Mi sorpresa fue que la comida de lo viernes ya no se recupera. Me explico, siempre que henos entrado a esa hora la salida ha sido el último día después de la comida.

El hotel portomagno es como mi segunda casa. Cuando puedo, cojo la oferta y alli. Se está estupendamente. Y siempre llevo a mi perrita.
Gimnasio, deberia tener. También si arreglaran la piscina climatizada,como antes , se estaba de lujo. El precio de las mascotas un poco alto.
