La atención recibida por parte del personal, la limpieza de las habitaciones y sobretodo que hubiera vestuarios con duchas después de realizar el chech-out.
Mejoraría: que hubiera espejo vertical en las habitaciones, algún mueble y o estantería para dejar los neceseres y tenderete el balcón para toallas y bañadores.
Respecto al buffet. Deberían haber turnos de comida porque se hacían demasiadas colas para la cocina en vivo y tener previsión de comida para toda la capacidad del hotel porque muchos de los platos se agotaban y ya no reponían, además de un flujo más continuo de reposición de comida porque al estar completo el hotel las bandejas se agotaban de seguida y tardaban en reponer.
