Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:

Tourism tax

Lo primero el restaurante la comida escasa y tenía que estar diciendo que si por favor reponía .
Los camareros eran tan jóvenes que yo creo que no eran ni camarero no recogían los platos mientras comías te podías juntar en la mesa con 5o 6 platos sucios en la mesa .
En mi casa el sábado me hicieron la habitación a las 16:30 y porque avisé dos veces .
Las camareras de habitación no Iván ni con uniforme parecían personas como si estuvieran en un chiringuito
En fin un desastre de hotel para ser un cuatro estrellas superior
Es pero que busca chollos no lo promociones más .

Que el hotel lo tenía todo nuevo, de hecho aún sin acabar. En especial la Atención de Isabel como responsable y de Mirehia en recepción, muy correctas y nos solucionaron problemas. El metre o jefe de cocina súper atento y bien informada la comida sin gluten.
El hotel estaba sin acadar. El spa no funcionaba porque aún no estaba terminado. Las habitaciones de la primera planta sin terminar y las que lo estaban, una la nuestra, no tenía agua caliente porque no habían comprobado las llaves de paso. Y no se solució el problena de tener agua caliente hasta que no fui a recepción, porque por teléfono nos dejaron en espera. Y en recepción hasta que no apereció un chico, que no recuerdo el nombre, no hicieron nada por arreglar la situación.
Se solicitaron en el momento de la reserva dos camas y no habían dos camas. Los colchones muy duros.
