- Open every day, from April 11 to April 19 and from June 06 to September 07 (both included)
- From May 1 to June 5 and from September 8 until the end of season, open only on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

- Babies from 0 to 1 year: 1st child stays free of charge in the bed of 2 adults in double and triple rooms.
- If you would like to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here so that we can check whether this is possible.
- Children from 2 to 12 years old:
- 1st stay with 75% discount and 2nd stay with 50% discount.
- If you travel from 14-06-2024 to 31-08-2024, you will receive a discount on the 1st and 2nd stay.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply if they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- If you book a pool view room, children from 2 to 12 years old travel with the above discounts but pay an additional surcharge:
- The 1st child pays an extra charge of approx. 3€ per night and the 2nd child pays an extra charge of approx. 5€ per night.
- If you are travelling from 14-06-2024 to 31-08-2024, you will both pay a surcharge of approx. 5€ per night.

The snack bar and the blonde waitress were very unfriendly. We had the all-inclusive package, but at half past one, as the dining room is already open, they close the snack bar and won’t let you eat anything there. We wanted to eat there but they wouldn’t let us because the dining room was open…

- The aquapark closes at 18:45, and the hotel’s only pool is tiny, so there’s little to do between then and dinner.
- Room cleaning on 2 of the 3 days we stayed took place between 14:00 and 15:00h when we wanted to rest for a while, despite having left the room at 08:00.
- The all-inclusive only covers the three basic cocktails; you have to pay 50% for the rest. It also doesn’t include ice cream, and there’s no fruit at the pool bar — it only has pizza, crisps, nachos, donuts, soft drinks and little else.
- It’s not worth the price, at least the all-inclusive isn’t; the only advantage is you don’t have to queue to pay for lunch or dinner.
- It also makes little sense that despite having all-inclusive and the ID wristband, you still have to carry a little slip around the dining room where they mark the drinks you don’t have to pay for.

- Tampoco tiene mucho sentido que a pesar de tener el todo incluido y la pulsera identificativa, tengas que pasear un papelito por el comedor donde te apunten las bebidas que no tienes que pagar.
- La pulsera tiene un chip para abrir la habitación, esto iría en los pros, si funcionase bien, pero de las 3 pulseras que teníamos solo una abría la puerta y con bastante dificultad.
- No había sitio en el parking del hotel, aunque pudimos dejarlo en el parking del aquapark (10€/día), pero solo está abierto de 11:00 a 19:00 fuera de ese horario tienes que "escaparte" por la salida peatonal con cuidado de no rozar el coche.

El personal de allí es excepcional, desde el minuto 1 que llegamos al hotel, nos sentimos como en casa.Cocineros, jefes de cocina, en especial Jesús, que se portó de 10 con mi hija alérgica al huevo, también tengo que agradecer a Jeni su atención ( camarera) estuvo muy pendiente de que a mí hija no le faltara de nada.

Tercer año seguido que nos hacemos mil kms para venir a este hotel. Todo el personal es maravilloso, recepción, camareros bar, piscina, comedor, todos... y por supuesto todo el equipo de animación (gracias manuel, rocío, edu... todos). Muy buenas instalaciones para disfrutar del buen tiempo de cádiz. La comida está bastante bien (como en cualquier buffet algo repetitivo pero en general buena calidad y todas las noches sirven comida a la parrilla/brasa: lubina y sardinas al espeto, hamburguesas, etc) y el régimen de todo incluido es muy completo. El ambiente es familiar y muy agradable. Disfrutamos mucho pequeños y mayores. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo del hotel.
