Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Babies from 0 to 1 year: 1st child stays free of charge in the bed of 2 adults in double and triple rooms.
- If you would like to travel with 2 babies in the same room, please contact us here so that we can check whether this is possible.
- Children from 2 to 12 years old:
- 1st stay with 75% discount and 2nd stay with 50% discount.
- If you travel from 14-06-2024 to 31-08-2024, you will receive a discount on the 1st and 2nd stay.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply if they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- If you book a pool view room, children from 2 to 12 years old travel with the above discounts but pay an additional surcharge:
- The 1st child pays an extra charge of approx. 3€ per night and the 2nd child pays an extra charge of approx. 5€ per night.
- If you are travelling from 14-06-2024 to 31-08-2024, you will both pay a surcharge of approx. 5€ per night.
- If your stay falls within a period with different discounts, the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies. For example: If you are travelling from June 12 to 18, the 1st child aged 2 to 11 will not receive a 75% discount, but a 50% discount.
- The maximum occupancy of the rooms is 4 people per room.
- Please note: The accommodation does not allow a 5th person in the same room, neither for adults nor for children.
- Would you like to book a single room? The surcharge for the room without meals is around 30% and is already included in the price you will see during the booking process.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- Only one pet per room.
- Good to know: Your pet will only be allowed in the room and reception area, as long as it is on a leash.
- Please note that you will not be able to accompany you to the hotel's main areas, such as the restaurant, lounges, bar and pool areas.

If you're booking Full Board:
- Your first included meal is lunch, so breakfast will be your final included meal.
- If you wish to swap the order of your meals, you can request it directly with the accommodation. Their contact details are provided on your confirmation voucher.

Water parks and pools with slides

The Aquafun park is scheduled to open on the following dates in 2025:
- Open every day, from April 11 to April 19 and from June 06 to September 07 (both included)
- From May 1 to June 5 and from September 8 until the end of season, open only on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

- For security reasons, the minimum height is 1.20m
- The maximum weight allowed is 110kgs.
- Park Opening hours are from 11:00h to 19:30h (subject to change and weather conditions).

- In the event of not making use of the Park, no type of refund or compensation will be issued.
- The opening dates are subject to weather conditions.

Llevaba el todo incluido y querían que pagara por beber un combinado 0,0. Si no puedes beber alcohol y no puedes con los cócteles sin alcohol mega azucarados, este hotel no es para tí (salvo que quieras pagar un extra para disfrutar las bebidas del todo incluido)

Me ha encantado obviamente su parque acuático, y muchísimo sus snacks del bar aquafun, su todo incluido ha sido fabuloso, camareros muy atentos... habitaciones amplias, acceso a las habitaciones muy directos... repetimos el año que viene
La limpieza debería mejorar, mi habitación en toda mi estancia no han hecho una buena limpieza, la bañera tenia pelos,el suelo en general no estaba limpio la habitación no olíó a limpia en ningún momento de mi estancia, no habia gel y ni aún diciéndoselo a la chica de la limpieza el mismo dia 12 que entramos lo puso. Ya de tarde volvimos a pedirlo a uma chica diferente y nos dió el bote. Los teléfonos no funcionan
