More serious, deeper maintenance is needed. We were a family of seven (five adults and two children) and for three of the four days we were without air conditioning... unheard of. For three days they kept laughing it off, saying they were working on it, and they only brought a fan to slightly ease the heat. A three-star hotel with no minibar, no coffee service from 4pm to 8pm, no children’s entertainment... frankly, a stay to forget with no compensation whatsoever. I would never return to that hotel.
Un mantenimiento mas serio y profundo, pues fuimos una familia de 7 personas 5 adultos y 2 niñas y de 4 días 3 estuvimos sin aire acondicionado... inaudito y se estuvieron riendo de nosotros 3 días diciendo que estaban en ello y trajeron un ventilador para sofocar algo la calor. Hotel de 3 estrellas sin minibar..sin cafetería de 4 a 8 de la tarde, sin animación infantil... vamos.. para olvidar dicha estancia y sin compensación alguna, jamás volvería a ese hotel.
