2.3 Maria Del Coral Travelled with family June 2026 I am writing to submit a formal complaint about the numerous incidents and deficiencies experienced during our stay at the hotel booked through your platform. Before our arrival we requested approximately two weeks in advance a room with a double bed and a cot. However, only the cot was provided. The room had two single beds pushed together that did not offer enough stability. When my wife sat on the bed, they suddenly separated, creating a risk of nearly falling to the floor. During the stay we also suffered ongoing problems with the room access cards, which repeatedly became deactivated, obliging us to go to reception several times a day to gain access. The condition and maintenance of the room were clearly deficient. There were holes in the ceiling above the toilet, from which water droplets fell directly onto this area during use, which was especially uncomfortable and unacceptable. Likewise, the bath curtain was torn and in very poor condition. The room cleaning was also insufficient. After the cleaning service, the sheets were not changed despite being stained by our child’s vomit. We noticed this when removing the quilt to sleep. The toilet paper in the bathroom was also not replenished after the existing supply had been used. Another particularly worrying aspect was the state of the children’s pool, whose water looked dirty. Additionally, four plastic cups were found accumulated in the filtration system, with obvious signs that they had been there for quite some time, raising serious doubts about the maintenance and hygiene of the facilities. Finally, the service received from the staff was not adequate either. After having consumed drinks at the establishment a few minutes earlier, we were told that we could not request a glass with ice without making a new purchase, which we consider a lack of attention to guests already staying there. The accumulation of all these incidents caused our stay to be well below the advertised conditions and the minimum standards of quality, maintenance, hygiene and customer service that a hotel establishment reasonably can be expected to provide. For all these reasons, I request that you review my case and assess an appropriate financial compensation for the damages suffered during our stay. I attach photographs and other evidence that substantiate the described facts.

Antes de nuestra llegada solicitamos con aproximadamente dos semanas de antelación una habitación con cama de matrimonio y una cuna. Sin embargo, únicamente se atendió la solicitud de la cuna. La habitación disponía de dos camas individuales juntas que no ofrecían estabilidad suficiente. Al sentarse mi esposa en la cama, estas se separaron repentinamente, provocando una situación de riesgo al casi caer al suelo. Durante la estancia también sufrimos continuos problemas con las tarjetas de acceso a la habitación, que se desactivaban repetidamente, obligándonos a acudir varias veces al día a recepción para poder acceder a la misma. El estado de conservación y mantenimiento de la habitación era claramente deficiente. Existían agujeros en el techo situados justo encima del inodoro, por los que caían gotas de agua directamente sobre esta zona durante su uso, lo que supuso una situación especialmente incómoda e inaceptable. Asimismo, la cortina de la bañera se encontraba descosida y en muy mal estado de conservación. La limpieza de la habitación también fue insuficiente. Tras el servicio de limpieza no se cambiaron las sábanas, a pesar de haber quedado manchadas por un vómito de nuestro hijo. Descubrimos esta circunstancia al retirar la colcha para dormir. Tampoco se repuso el papel higiénico una vez consumido el existente en el baño. Otro aspecto especialmente preocupante fue el estado de la piscina infantil, cuyo agua presentaba un aspecto de suciedad. Además, se encontraron cuatro vasos de plástico acumulados en el sistema de filtrado, con evidentes signos de llevar bastante tiempo allí, lo que genera serias dudas sobre el mantenimiento e higiene de las instalaciones. Por último, la atención recibida por parte del personal tampoco fue adecuada. Tras haber realizado consumiciones en el establecimiento pocos minutos antes, se nos indicó que no podíamos solicitar un vaso con hielo sin realizar un nuevo consumo, lo que consideramos una falta de atención hacia clientes ya alojados. La acumulación de todas estas incidencias provocó que la estancia estuviera muy por debajo de las condiciones anunciadas y de los estándares mínimos de calidad, mantenimiento, higiene y atención al cliente que razonablemente cabe esperar de un establecimiento hotelero. Por todo ello, solicito que revisen mi caso y valoren una compensación económica adecuada por los perjuicios sufridos durante nuestra estancia. Adjunto fotografías y demás pruebas que acreditan los hechos descritos.
