For our needs it’s two stars too many. Rooms are veeeery old, the doors don’t close (neither the main door nor the bathroom), and there are few sockets. The pool area is poorly maintained, the pool is dirty and the sunbeds are broken and filthy. Uffff, it leaves a lot to be desired. Not to mention it’s in a place with nothing to do — you have to make do with the hotel’s entertainment (which is very poor).

The playground is old and has splintered wood, the children’s pool collects debris from the trees and the sunbeds sink until the bottom bars dig in. The kids’ club is unbearably hot, with no air conditioning and the glass panels closed. Also, the all-inclusive snack service is quite limited and there were restocking problems, such as Coca‑Cola Zero being out for more than 40 minutes during dinner. We also found pubic hair in the bathtub and had a rather unpleasant experience with the way a member of staff treated colleagues and guests.
