Como mejora.....la piscina es muy pequeña para un hotel grande, a ciertas horas, el chiringuito con solo un camarero no da abasto, en la habitación falta escobilla en el baño y a la hora de la comida (almuerzo) hay poca variedad y mucho arroz todos los días

Una de las cosas que más nos ha gustado es el servicio de préstamo de toallas para la piscina, el autobús que te lleva a la playa y las instalaciones que son muy bonitas y hacen que te transportes a otro sitio
Por nuestra experiencia, mejoraríamos el servicio de todo incluido que fuese más largo y que te incluyera bebidas alcohólicas nacionales de marcas básicas, no alcohol de las peores marcas del mercado, así como la preparación de cócteles que era muy, muy básica y entre las horas de comida no podías comer nada en la cafetería ya que se excusan en que si están las comidas abajo no te van a servir ningún tipo de alimento en la cafetería. También consideramos que en el restaurante deberían mejorar la cantidad de comida que sirven ya que en algunos momentos sí hay mucha gente, existe escasez y tardan muchísimo en reponer. A su vez, en algunos alimentos mejoraríamos la calidad de estos ( AUNQUE EN LO GENERAL LA COMIDA ES BUENA). También, la cantidad de empleados que tiene en cafetería y restaurante es escasa, provocando así que para pedir una simple cocacola tengas que esperar 10 min porque el camarero está solo y no da abasto. La mesa de ping-pong que tiene está rota en la parte del medio y en vez de cambiarla lo han solucionado con una simple silla. CON TODO ESTO, LA EXPERIENCIA HA SIDO MUY BUENA SIEMPRE ENTENDIENDO LA CALIDAD, PRECIO Y DEPENDIENDO DE LO QUE VALLAS A PAGAR. LO RECOMENDAMOS MUCHO ! 🙂🙂🙂
