El hotel fenomenal, bien situado, muy cerca parada de bus, metro, la diagonal, gran vía, restaurantes. Destacar el desayuno, la limpieza de la habitación, la inmensa cama... Si vuelvo a Barcelona me alojaré allí, sin dudarlo.

La atención de la recepción, el desayuno y la cama super grande.
Television super old and very low to see it from the bed, there is no access for the disabled to take the elevator, furniture in the room quite outdated.
Televisión super antigua y muy baja para verla desde la cama, no hay acceso para minusválidos para coger el ascensor, mobiliario de la habitación bastante anticuado.

Acceso a ascensores con escalera lo que provocaba que tuviéramos que cargar el carro cada vez que utilizábamos el ascensor. El personal de recepción cuando preguntas por aparcamiento te mandan a un parking de otro hotel (que no es nada barato) y no hacen mención alguna a que a 2 manzanas hay parking público en zona blanca gratis! Este detalle me dejo muy insatisfecho y eso que yo no pague ni 1 día de parking.
