8.9 Lavi Travelled with couple August 2024 We stayed 4 days my partner and I and we found a super nice hotel, 5 minutes walk from the beach, with many services available and a staff of note 10 including Marta, Sergio and Ayman. The rooms are very clean and large, cleaning service every day, 24h reception, a bar next to the pool where they have a lot of variety of drinks, and at noon lunch dishes at a very good price; another pool on the roof and breakfast with several options for all tastes. It is an accommodation near Estepona and Marbella without leaving a kidney to pay for it. They indicate perfectly the location of the hotel, people complain because they book without looking where they are going and they are disappointed. We have parked next to the hotel, in front of the apartments there, every day and absolutely nothing has happened. It is true that you need to take the car if you want to visit something and there are few places nearby to eat / dine, but the hotel provides that facility to avoid having to move. The only thing that did not convince us was the dinner because there is little variety, but as we went out almost every day for sightseeing, we only had dinner 1 day. There is no hygiene kit in the bathroom, only shower gel and hand gel, but it is also understandable that each person uses a different shampoo and toothpaste, you could not please everyone. All in all we loved it, thank you very much for the experience, we hope to come back very soon!

4.6 Ginna Travelled with couple August 2024 Hotel facilities are good, room is large and clean, bed is comfortable
The location is very bad in the middle of the highway, it has nothing in the area, the beach behind it, 10 minutes away, is made of stones, dirty and smells bad.

6.6 Nando Travelled with couple August 2024 The two swimming pools are available, it is close to the beach, the room is large, the buffet offers free fresh water and the staff in general is very nice.
The buffet is small with little variety, they do not have meals only breakfast and dinner, to eat in the hotel you have to order a hamburger or pizza at the pool bar, in the toilet appeared some bugs from moisture, the cleaning service left the dirty cups and did not clean very well in general, they charged me about 6 € for a summer red wine I ordered to eat something exorbitant. Although it is not a bad hotel I would not rate it 4 stars.

4.2 Ana Travelled with family May 2024 The room was quite spacious.
La habitación era bastante amplia.
We wanted to put a complaint form, dinner was until 21.30, the first two days we went down at 20.50 and they did not replace anything (I remember that the dinner schedule is until 21.30 and that I pay the same as a person who goes down to dinner at 19.30 then I have the same right). Well, we could only dine "what was left" which was practically nothing, zero desserts, not even one, leftover nuts from breakfast, which they do not even move them. To top it off at breakfast we found mold on a bun. The first day they did not make the room, nor beds, nor change of towels or cleaning, we believe that they passed because there was a pen in the bed that was not ours, but they did nothing ....After the mold event (which was what broke the camel's back because the girl almost ate it), we went upstairs to make a complaint about everything that happened, the hotel manager came down and said that he would invite us to eat, logically and with the moldy bun in front of us, we refused the invitation, he told us that he would give us a superior room for the time we had left of our stay, I tell him that it is a lot of hassle to do all the "moving" for two days, to pay us the difference between half board and breakfast only, to compensate, he tells us that he can not do it because we are not his direct customers as we go through "looking for a bargain". We tell him that in that case he cannot offer us anything suitable. After thinking it over we decide to accept his suggestion of a much more expensive superior room. We went down to reception and the receptionist offered us a room on the same floor, which has a terrace but has a much smaller bathroom than ours, plus you can not see the sea because being on the same floor the views are covered by palm trees, plus our initial room had two sofas and this second only with one, had a terrace but the room was similar, in any case superior. After starting the move and seeing what they offered as superior and much more expensive we felt cheated and rejected the offer, we were taken for fools, I do not know if they sell these rooms as "sea views", I say that the sea is better from the one we had initially. Ours was 211 and the one they offered us was 219, you can check. Of course if that was the best that the hotel manager could offer us, as something superior and much more expensive...this hotel leaves much to be desired. I do not criticize the management of busco un chollo since they have nothing to do with the situation, but if I had booked directly I would have been paid the half board (according to the hotel manager told us he could not do it for going through busco un chollo). The establishment, from our experience does not deserve more than three stars (especially in the food and cleanliness). I feel disappointed because maybe if I book again a 4 star establishment through your site then I will find this...on top of that they can not compensate the service I paid for and they do not give me (I mean the food until closing time and without mold and the cleanliness of the room), because according to them I am not a direct customer. Given the situation I prefer to book on my own because at least if I am a direct customer they can compensate me in some way.
