4.7 inefable Travelled with couple May 2025 In favor: - location near the beach - location near the beach... ah! did I say that already? Well, that's all.
On the downside: - room without air conditioning (they had it, but had it unwinded centrally to save on electricity). - main areas overcrowded and overcrowded, with elevators unable to service the volume of rabble, I mean, customers staying at the hotel. - dining area with insufficient staff, with obviously little experience in the ski area, which made them absolutely inefficient. They were willing, but without the slightest expertise or solvency in their duties. - The dining room... tables absurdly close to each other, inefficient distribution of food and drink, at the ends of the room. The food was quite bad, in quality and variety, and the people in charge of it with very questionable procedures (the black operator in charge of pasta stuffed a tray of spaghetti with his hand ....). That's in plain sight! What he won't do behind the screens...) - Let's continue with the dining room, one of its worst points, not to say that it would be better to burn it and do it again: reverberation that I think there have been wars with less noise! And heat and vitiated atmosphere, but of course... let's see if we save a little on air conditioning... - the worst buffet I've ever been to, but they did have several flavors of marmalade. - Questionable cleanliness, lint and dust everywhere. - They came in to make the beds at 13:00h at noon, which can not be. The beds are either made in the morning or not at all: the customer cannot spend the whole day thinking that at any moment a cleaner will burst into the room. The "do not disturb" sign was neither there nor expected. - until 4:00 a.m., guests under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics shouting and running through the hotel corridors. - the hotel staff -most of them- did not speak Catalan. In short: we tried it, thinking that it would be quiet in the low season, but it was not. Hotel dedicated 100% to drunken tourism, teenage foreigners and / or low social stratum, overcrowded, reprehensible services, staff at the height of the type of customerele and experience to reflect on the fateful need we have to keep us with this type of tourist activities.

7.7 Adry Travelled with family May 2025 The location and the staff of the bar are very good, especially the attention from the girl Vanina.
Lack of variety in the food and it is not restocked quickly enough, there was a lot of disorder and the employees didn't know what to do to organize the people in the dining area.

7.1 Elías April 2025 The room is renovated, the bathroom is very large and the shower is very good, the hotel is good overall.
Aspects to improve (the food) are a bit weak, decent at noon but very weak for dinner is my perception, I suppose there will be those who like it more and also those who rate it lower, the criticism is constructive thinking that some responsible person may read it and this aspect can be improved. Regards.
