Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien. El personal y la atención es muy amable. Está bastante bien ubicado y hay parking de pago y gratuito por la zona
El buffet podría tener más variedad de carne y menos de pescado, si te quedas por varios días se hace un poco repetitiva, pero no está mal. Lamentablemente no posee piscina climatizada. Lo peor como está siendo de costumbre en varios hoteles es que el checkiut cada vez es más temprano, aquí es a las 10am. Es algo que determinará mi próxima reserva.

El hotel esta muy bien. Estuvimos un fin de semana lluvioso y no pudimos apenas salir fuera del hotel. Por suerte cuenta con actividades de entretenimiento con buenos animadores, Jesús hizo que lo pasáramos fenomenal. El último día, que hizo mejor tiempo, organizaron una salida por el camino de Ronda. Lo pasamos genial . Durante la estancia coincidió el cumple de mi hija, y tuvieron un detalle con ella. Muchas Gracias !!

Lllamamos a recepción explicando lo sucedido y nos dijeron que mandarían a alguien lo antes posible pero no vinieron. Es la única pega pero fue culpa del cliente que gastó esa broma cosa que a mi me sentó bastante mal.

Hemos pasado Halloween en el hotel y ha sido una experiencia muy agradable! La ubicación muy buena. Zona tranquila, al lado de la playa de Fenals. Llegar al centro es un paseo. Sobre el hotel: el personal muy atento,tanto en recepción, como en restaurante y bar. Mención especial al equipo de animación que fue maravilloso con los niños. Las habitaciones son amplias. Las camas son individuales y un poco pequeñas pero cómodas. El buffet está muy bien. La comida es variada, buena y sabrosa. Los arroces no tienen nada que envidiarle a un restaurante arrocería. Riquísimos! Pasamos un fin de semana estupendo!!!

Tuvimos un inconveniente, hice dos reservas y me equivoqué en la fecha de entrada, una de ellas la hice de jueves a sábado y realmente era de viernes a domingo y a pesar de que era el último fin de semana que abría el hotel y que tenían habitaciones disponibles, me cobraron el domingo con la pensión completa, entiendo lo de la habitación, pero el bufet lo podían haber descontado, ya que no les iba de eso y no lo habíamos disfrutado. El recepcionista fue bastante borde y no dió ninguna opción. Pagamos todo y más caro de lo que nos había costado inicialmente. El resto todo bien!
