Hemos pasado Halloween en el hotel y ha sido una experiencia muy agradable! La ubicación muy buena. Zona tranquila, al lado de la playa de Fenals. Llegar al centro es un paseo. Sobre el hotel: el personal muy atento,tanto en recepción, como en restaurante y bar. Mención especial al equipo de animación que fue maravilloso con los niños. Las habitaciones son amplias. Las camas son individuales y un poco pequeñas pero cómodas. El buffet está muy bien. La comida es variada, buena y sabrosa. Los arroces no tienen nada que envidiarle a un restaurante arrocería. Riquísimos! Pasamos un fin de semana estupendo!!!

Tuvimos un inconveniente, hice dos reservas y me equivoqué en la fecha de entrada, una de ellas la hice de jueves a sábado y realmente era de viernes a domingo y a pesar de que era el último fin de semana que abría el hotel y que tenían habitaciones disponibles, me cobraron el domingo con la pensión completa, entiendo lo de la habitación, pero el bufet lo podían haber descontado, ya que no les iba de eso y no lo habíamos disfrutado. - habitación sin aire acondicionado (disponían de el, pero lo tenían desconectado de forma centralizada para ahorrar en electricidad).
- zonas comunes masificadas y atestadas, con ascensores incapaces de dar servicio al volumen de chusma, quiero decir, de clientes alojados en el hotel.
- zona de comedor con personal insuficiente, con evidente poca experiencia en el sector, lo que les hacía absolutamente ineficientes. Eso sí, con voluntad, pero sin la más mínima pericia ni solvencia en sus cometidos.
- más del comedor… mesas absurdamente cercanas entre si, distribución de la comida y la bebida ineficiente, en extremos de la sala. Comida bastante mala, en calidad y variedad y los encargados de ella con procedimientos muy cuestionables (el operario de raza negra encargado de las pastas rellenó una bandeja de spaguetti con la mano…. Eso estando a la vista!! Qué no hará tras los biombos…)
- sigamos con el comedor, uno de sus peores puntos, por no decir que mejor quemarlo y hacerlo de nuevo: reverberancia que yo creo que han habido guerras con menos ruido! Y calor y ambiente viciado, pero claro… a ver si ahorramos un poco en aire acondicionado…
- el peor buffette en el que he estado pero eso si, tenían varios sabores de mermelada.
- limpieza cuestionable, pelusas y polvo por doquier.
- entraron a hacer las camas a las 13:00h del mediodía, lo que no puede ser. Las camas o se hacen por la mañana o no se hacen: el cliente no puede estar todo la jornada pensando en que en cualquier momento le irrumpe en la habitación una limpiadora. El cartel de “no molestar” ni estaba ni se le esperaba.
- hasta las 4:00h de la madrugada clientes bajo influencias etílicas i/o estupefacientes gritando y corriendo por los pasillos del hotel.
- el personal del hotel -en su mayoría- no hablaba catalán.
Resumiendo: probamos pensando que al ser temporada baja seria tranquilo, pero no. Hotel dedicado 100% al turismo de borrachera, de extranjeros adolescentes i/o de estrato social bajo, masificado, servicios reprochables, personal a la altura del tipo de clientela y experiencia para reflexionar sobre lo aciago de la necesidad que tenemos de mantenernos con este tipo de actividades turisticas.
