excelente ubicación en pleno centro de Benidorm. El staff del hotel ha sido lo mejor, súper amables y dispuestos a ayudar siempre. Las habitación fue cómoda y espaciosa, aunque la cama no era doble sino dos individuales juntadas. La piscina y el bar de allí están genial.
La comida del buffet del desayuno es buena y un menú muy completo. Para las cenas si me parecía que la calidad a veces no era la mejor, pero en líneas generales bien.

todo bien, hotel bien situado con buena comida y servicio todo bien.
hay una promoción de 2x1 en el bar de la piscina pedimos una cerveza grande y la que era gratis nos dieron pequeña.
se escucha mucho los ruido de las tuberías, un día a las 11 de la mañana nos quedemos sin agua porque no nos hacia falta a esas horas el agua pero no avisaron ni nada cuando llegamos después de comer había agua. la hora de comer es muy temprano de 13 a 15 y a las 15 o antes van cortando la comida había gente que llegaba un poco tarde y les tocaba coger lo que sea para comer porque recogen rápido las bandejas de la comida.

Se equivocaron al darnos la habitación y cuando ya estábamos dentro nos hicieron volver a salir e ir a otra pero bueno un fallo puede tenerlo todo el mundo, de hecho la habitación nueva tenía cafetera y mejores vistas asique... no hay mal que por bien no venga, fue todo muy bien!

Ubicación perfecta, calidad precio genial a 5 min de la playa en puro centro de Benidorm, comida bien y precios de agua Cocacola café etc muy bien precios normales
Si el hotel está lleno o casi lleno terraza pequeña si se junta mucha gente.
El que parecía jefe de sala, un buffet te levantas a coger comida y el te quitaba la bebida que no tenía incluida al precio y al volver no tenías mesa, se lo decías y siempre decía lo mismo que limpio y que no había líquidos...

Me dieron la opción de mejora de habitación por 20 € y fenomenal piso 14 habitación vistas mar y piscina restaurada, la de la oferta es en el piso 1 a la calle( las cambie porque llevaba 2 sobrinos adolescentes y quieres lo mejor para ellos)Lo demás todo fenomenal comida bufé variado todos los días y de buena calidad, muy céntrico y al lado de la playa,hacía mucho que no viajaba a benidor y está fenomenal de ambiente, limpio
That in the buscounchollo offer we do not have directly the room change, so I do not value the room of the offer but I did not hear anyone complaining.to put a downside that you can not book parking (only on arrival 13 euros per day).
