La atencion del personal realmente es magnifica, recomendando lugares que visitar por la zona y atentos siempre de que estuviesemos bien atendidos. La habitacion es enorme y comodisima
La comida del buffet es de una calidad que se espera en otros hoteles de menor nivel, salvando algunos platos y lo que hacia un cocinero en el momento, algunos platos de los que estaban preparados previamente eran mejorables, pero nada exagerado. En general es un gran hotel

La comida deja de desear. Sin ninguna diversión a las noches o pobre. Quitaron el socorrista en septiembre,poniéndolo a los tres días por quejas. Igual sería por todo en general o por la comida pero con ganas de marchar de ese hotel.

Pues un poco de animación para los niños, aunque está el otro hotel de la cadena que puedes ir sin ningún problema, aquí debería de haber algo. Hay un miniclub pero para niños muy pequeños, haría falta algo en la piscina para niños a partir de 10/11 años. El tema del alcohol en la bebida, para un todo incluido y de esa categoría es un flojo.

La zona de piscina y los jardines era ideales, muy bien cuidados y limpios. Había poca gente lo que permitía poder descansar. El campo de golf estaba muy bien y el personal del club de golf y los socorristas eran muy amables.

There are no bellboys, no irons in the rooms, there is an ironing service which costs around €5 on average per garment, so in the end it is more cost-effective to buy an iron. Also, when we arrived they gave us a room overlooking the car park lot so we had to pay an extra €100 to be moved to a room with a pool view. They told us that coming from this platform (Jump2spain.com), the car park lot rooms were the ones assigned. The food is very repetitive. Overall, I think they could make more of an effort in service to provide a good customer experience, especially at reception.
No es un hotel 5 estrellas, los servicios no son acordes. No hay botones, no hay plancha en las habitaciones, hay un servicio de planchado el cual cuesta unos 5€ en promedio por prenda, así que al final sale más a cuenta comprar una plancha. Además cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación con vistas al parking por lo que tuvimos que pagar 100€ más para que nos pusieran con vista a la piscina. Nos dijeron que al venir de parte de esta plataforma (Buscounchollo), las habitaciones del parking son las que asignaban. La comida es muy repetitiva. En general creo que podrían esforzarse más en el servicio para dar una buena experiencia al cliente, sobre todo en recepción.

El hotel es espectacular, habitaciones amplias, cómodas éramos 4 personas y hemos estado genial!
