Los juegos para los peques.la animación y el trato del personal
The rooms need to be refurbished, especially the bathroom.
The children's playground is rusty and broken and needs to be fixed.
The whole hotel needs renovation and repairs, it's been neglected, and the food is repetitive and tasteless. In the evening, they do very little to make you want to stay at the hotel.

El hotel tiene parquing, es grande,necesita algunas reformas.
It rained one day; we were on the 5th floor and water came in through some windows in the corridor and nobody went to dry it.
The room had not been deep-cleaned — for example, around the bathroom and the wardrobes — there were hairs on the towels and stains on them; there was even dirt in the sink. I reported it to reception. I understand what it’s like to clean many rooms and that in summer there isn’t time for everything, but still.
To get down to the pool or the children’s play area there is one broken tile and another that is loose; my daughter slipped twice (at the start of the green steps). The lift did not work every day — you would press the button and it often didn’t come. At night there were teenagers in the play area throwing water at the Water Slides. In the children’s pool there are some bits of flooring that need to be sanded.
The queues for food were bad: a boy fainted in the line. There were groups — perhaps they could be seated in the restaurant or bar behind reception — there were times when the pool was overcrowded. A child had a bowel accident in the children’s pool (they did not close it); they cleaned it but didn’t tell anyone the pool was off-limits. Another mother and I were shouting “don’t go in…”
Some people smoked on the sunbeds; you could put up bigger or new signs by the lift exits or at the top of the stairs asking people to shower before entering the pool, not to smoke, and reminding minors not to assume they can shout or even throw the animation team into the pool — and nobody tells them off. In the queue to enter, a girl from a Polish group (about 15-16) came up to my daughter (3 years old) and told her to shut up and not make noise. I was stunned. The girl kept telling her to be quiet from a distance, which made my daughter, who has a disability, start to scream. The girl supervising them looked at the other girl and the two of them looked at me — as if to say she shouldn’t say anything, and we didn’t say anything either. The girls’ supervisor asked the person in charge of the group if the girl was theirs and said she had behaved badly; there was no apology. On Saturday the girl repeated the same behaviour at the pool; I went to tell the supervisor but nothing happened.

Llovió un día,estuvimos en la 5ta planta pasó agua por unas ventanas del pasadizo nadie fue a secar.

Hay grupos podrían ponerlos tal vez en el restaurante o bar que está atrás de la recepción, habían momentos que la piscina estaba repleta de gente...un menor se hizo popo en la piscina de niños(no la cerraron) fueron a limpiarla y no avisaron a nadie que no podían entrar, otra mamá y yo estábamos diciendo no entren...
Algunos fumaban en las hamacas,podrían poner carteles más grandes o nuevos carteles cuando se sale del ascensor o se baja las escaleras , que la gente se duche antes de entrar a la piscina, que no fumen, que los menores de edad no se crean con derecho a gritar incluso tirar a la piscina a las chicas de animación,y nadie les dice nada. En la cola para entrar una chica menor de edad de un grupo de Polonia(15/16 años)se acercó a mi hija(3años) a decirle que se callara qué no haga ruido, me quedé primero de piedra y la chica seguía diciéndole desde lejos que se calle a lo que mi hija con discapacidad empezó a gritar,la chica que me atendía miro a la otra y las dos me miraban se decían ella no debería decir nada en todo caso nosotros y no hemos dicho nada, el supervisor de ellas preguntó al que llevaba al grupo si ella era de su grupo y que había actuado mal, no se disculpó ni nada, el sábado la chica en la piscina volvió a decir lo mismo fui a decirle al supervisor pero nada.
