Good hotel in a very good location - close to shops, restaurants, beach. The swimming pool was good and room was clean. We had room with balcony. The food was good and different every day. We liked our stay there and hope to return!

Hotel cercano a 200 metros de la playa
La habitación que nos dieron esta vez que fuimos a éste mismo hotel no era para pegar tiros, muy pequeña, la cama estaba a escasos 20 centimetros de la puerta de la habitación, almohada nefasta y con mucho olor, tuvimos que coger colonia y echarle por encima, y además ponerle la manta que hay en el armario para poder estar a una altura idónea para descansar. Nuestra estancia era de viernes a domingo, solicitemos a recepción el cambio de habitación y nos dejieron que el hotel estaba al completo y no podían, si acaso nos la cambiarían el domingo, lo cual que ese día es nuestra salida del mismo, para que nos sirve ese cambio. Nos informemos por empleados del propio hotel y nos dijeron que no era cierto que el hotel estaba al completo. NOS DECEPCIONÓ que siendo clientes habituales no nos dijeran la verdad o no quisieron hacer bien su trabajo. :-(

La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, en vez de un hotel parece un hostal,las paredes sucia ,olor a cloaca las griferías llenas de cal, las almohadas no sirven,lo dicho un hostal estaría mejor y las chicas de recepción cuando vas a por soluciones es como si le estuvieran pidiendo, es un sitio que estária bien si tuviera mejor mantenimiento, le pedí a la chica de recepción que me cambiara de habitación porque ahí no podía estar y no me cambio, me dijo que hablaría para que limpiara mejor y lo dejaron igual , al final le dije que no pasaran hacer la habitación total para dejarla igual, debería vigilar con eso porque pagas para estar bien no en una habitación sucia y que te miren mal si protesta. Deberías enseñar a las de recepción a tratar mejor a los clientes .
