El hotel genial, muy bien ubicado, todo muy limpio, el bufete variado y muy bueno, fuimos un grupo de 29 y nos trataron increíble, las camareras María Angeles y su compañera nos hicieron sentir como en casa muy atentas a todo súper profesionales, la animación nocturna genial el diyei súper colaborador con todo lo que pedimos se portó súper bien y lo pasamos genial con la música que puso, volveremos sin duda
El trato en recepción dejó mucho que desear, la recepcionista latina nos tiró en cara los cambios que habíamos hecho en la reserva y la recepcionista de pelo lila nos quiso cobrar 3 menús que no habíamos consumido en vez de hacemos el cambio por la comida, menos mal que hicimos reclamación y nos lo arreglaron AL MOMENTO, el hotel se portó genial en todo, pero no fue en recepción……….

No me ha gustado tener q hacer el check in a las 15 h. Tampoco la comida por poca variedad ni tener que esperar a q hubiera sitio en el comedor para poder entrar.
Se anuncia como una categoría de 3 estrellas, pero este verano estuvimos en un hostal q le daba mil vueltas
El baño está totalmente obsoleto
Pasamos frío en la habitación, el aire no se podía poner ni caliente.
No volveremos jamás a ese hotel

It is a rather ugly hotel, the rooms are old, the pillows are made of cigarette paper, the sink is big but very old, without plugs, the buffet food is very bad, very little variety, very little quantity, totally inedible, the desserts are horrible, little more than melon, jelly and a sponge cake made crumbs, the staff apart from being unfriendly with very bad presence, the waiter at the bar in the morning almost did not want to work,We ate at the bar outside and almost gave us something, what a shortage of food, we asked for nachos and we got a plate with Doritos and a little cheese on top, Caesar salad, lettuce with two pieces of chicken and a little sauce on top, to freak out, the walls super thin, you hear the room next door showering and even farting, I do not recommend and would not return
Es un hotel más bien feo,las habitaciones antiguas,las almohadas de papel de fumar,el lavabo grande pero super antiguo,sin tapones,la comida del buffet malísima,muy poca variedad,muy poca cantidad, incomible totalmente,los postres horribles,poco más de melón,gelatina y un bizcocho hecho migas,el personal aparte de antipáticos con muy mala presencia,el camarero del bar de la mñn casi sin ganas de trabajar,comimos en el bar de fuera y casi nos da algo,que escases de comida,pedimos nachos y nos sacaron un plato con Doritos y un poco de queso por encima,ensalada cesar,con lechuga dos trozos de pollo y un poco de salsa por encima,para flipar,las paredes super finas,se escucha al de la habitación de al lado ducharse y hasta echarse pedos,no lo recomiendo y no volveria
