Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts

Babies from 0 to 1 yeard old: the first child stays FREE sharing bed with two adults.

This option is only available in double and triple rooms.

Children from 2 to 11 years old: they travel at a discount depending on the dates and meals you choose:
- Are you traveling on Bed & Breakfast with Half Board or Full Board basis? The 1st and 2nd benefit from a 50% discount, except if you travel from September 8, which will have FREE travel.
- Have you selected All Inclusive? The 1st stays with a 75% discount, or for 9€ per night depending on the dates of your booking, and the 2nd stays with a 50% discount.
- If you book a room with partial sea view, children will have an additional surcharge of approximately 6€ per night.
Please remember! Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people:

Are you travelling with children? The maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or infants per room.
- Are you all adults? In this case, the maximum occupancy is 4 adults per room.

The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.
- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 23€ per night and room. It may vary according to the dates of the holiday and you will see it applied in the final price of your booking.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- Only one pet per room
- Pets are not allowed in the pool and restaurant areas.

During the booking process, you can choose between:
- Standard: the most affordable option
- Partial sea view: these are rooms overlooking the pool and facing the sea. Please note that the orientation of each room may vary and, therefore, the sea view may be more or less reduced.
IMPORTANT: on the hotel's website or other online portals, this room is marketed as "sea view room". They are really the same rooms, but we prefer to name them as such to avoid misunderstandings.

Buffetten waren uitgebreid, show cooking had lekkere gerechten gemaakt door sympathieke koks.
Mooie omgeving !
Heel gehorige kamers (kamer met tussendeur).
Heel erg druk omwille van jeugdgroepen die doorheen het hele hotel ongecontroleerd hun gang gingen en vooral in het restaurant enorm veel lawaai en chaos veroorzaakten.
Restaurant erg ongezellig... 'refter' zou een betere omschrijving zijn.

Las habitaciones no están mal. Limpias, espaciosas, sin grandes lujos, pero bien. La zona de piscinas está muy bien, con la zona infantil y los toboganes. Buena animación de los monitores que entretienen a los niños.
The food is bad. Little variety, poor quality, small quantity. The dining room is small for the number of people and it gets very crowded during peak hours.
La comida es mala. Poca variedad, mala calidad, poca cantidad. El comedor es pequeño para la gente que hay y se acumula mucha gente en horas puntas.

El equipo de animación un 10 los chico lo hacen perfecto !!!!
When we entered the room, honestly the cleaning was terrible... stains on the mirror, dog hair on the terrace, and on top of that, they didn't come to fix it. They cleaned well on Sunday. The bar staff a bit rude, I can understand, but in the end, it's a job facing the public.
Cuando entramos a la habitación sinceramente la limpieza fatal.. manchas en el espejo pelos de perro en la terraza y encima no vinieron a solucionarlo. El domingo si limpiaron bien. El personal del bar un poquito borde puedo entenderlo pero al final es un trabajo cara al público.

La instalación de la piscina y el equipo de animacion
The room we were given had a door with a latch, if you opened it you informed with the adjoining room. I understand that these rooms may be for families with children who want to have two connecting rooms, but the latch is not appropriate, they should have a lock with a key that is given to guests. On several occasions, you could hear the guests in the next room trying to open the door. The air in the dining room was excessively high. The buffet could improve in quality.
La habitación que nos dieron tenía una puerta con un pestillo, si la abrías te comunicabas con la habitación colindante.
Entiendo que estás habitaciones pueden ser para familias con hijos que quieran tener dos habitaciones comunicadas, pero el pestillo no es lo adecuado, deberían tener una cerradura con llave que se le entregase a los huéspedes.
En repetidas ocasiones, se escuchaba como los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado intentaban abrir la puerta.
El aire del comedor, excesivamente alto.
El Buffet podría mejorar calidad.
